I'm so curious about the Rapture taking place inside Gluttony because ough yeah I don't know how I never made the connection of blood ocean = Gluttony's stomach you are COOKING

Also. I may not be the Greed fan with number one in their name but THAT IS MY BOY HE IS MY FAVE I WOULD DIE FOR HIM 100% he'd adopt Simon. Because let's be real, getting to live is all Greed wanted too, although his was more in the sense of wanting to live with those he valued. Definitely would pretend to be annoyed sometimes by Simon's reactions to 'normal' stuff but would absolutely indulge him by sitting in the park for hours just looking at the trees.

Also thinking about Simon 'the butcher' who apologises whenever he hurts someone/something or gets mad at them and Greed who physically cannot protect anyone but himself with his power. Simon and Greed who both want so badly to protect the people who made them feel human (likely Ed and Ling in this AU?) but knowing at the end of the day that although they can brawl with their claws, they aren't as good at fighting as so many of the other homunculi (e.g. Envy, Lust, Pride, Wrath)

Next bit I'm gonna mention a slightly gorey idea so I'll put this under a read more:

Simon would be so normal about being trapped in his body initially while Greed attacked the others. Yep. Totally. Hehe >:D

Oooooo and the arm thing??? Unfortunately he wouldn't have time to get automail before Greed, so the only way I can see this happening is if Greed somehow comes back post-canon (Simon loses his arm again fighting tDitF, because of course) but that's such a cool image 👀👀👀

Something about the image of how Greed takes over feels REALLY similar to the ending of Iron Lung. With the swirling red that was once a lot of people but are now suffering. and a giant face that wants to Eat You. And Simon would be determined to fight back of course, because. He just teleported somewhere and maybe he got un-raptured??? And he is NOT dying before seeing trees. So logically that SHOULD make him turn out like Wrath, with him defeating the Stone and ending up barely a hommoculous, but I decided that Greed would have won (cos Simon's on like his third consecutive day awake by this point) but decided to spare him cos the things he wanted were so pathetic that he immediately subconsciously adopted him. Greed was planning that it's his body, Simon's just aware still, but doesn't try anything as long as Greed looks at trees occasionally. Simon doesn't exactly comply with this of course, but by then it's too late, they're stuck with each other.

Simon would NOT react well to Greed in his body attacking - wait I already said that

I was thinking about Little Butcher Simon a lot and then I thought about how Little Simon is basically the age group Grace would teach and now I want a phm/il crossover where instead of Simon being plucked from the sub, he’s plucked from the Rapture.

Grace gets to be a teacher again in the Hail Mary to the most fucked up little space child he’s ever seen.

The worst I’ve ever had with falling asleep suddenly was rolling off the road, but your body kinda has a like safety measure mode. Or at least I do. It jolts you back awake when it realizes NOPE NOT TIME lmao

I think for Simon, the worst is him falling asleep and leaning against a wall and then suddenly he tips over and the whole shelf next to him gets knocked over and he’s jolted back awake.
