the weird thing about having insight when you have a psychotic disorder is that you do understand, to some extent that your delusions are in fact delusions. it doesn't change the fact that I 100% believe them to be true. it just makes them more annoying.

Yeah, totally, I understand others don’t share that belief, they are labelled as delusions. Doesn’t stop me knowing they’re true. It’s like keeping track of multiple realities.
