It just speaks so much to the love and support and closeness of the Lloy-Fang-D'vyen family. "I've done something Shadia hasn't" is like, very classic and normal and lowkey sibling rivalry. And she has 0 qualms expressing this to Shadia's mom! She has no fear of being shut down or shamed, she doesn't spare any worry that Thaisha might be cold to her in response.

And we see that trust immediately born out in the fact that Thaisha laughs and even says she likes this energy! There's no weirdness, it's just warmth.

so really cool thing about this is that the #1 thing that is reported as motivation post near-death-experience is the experience of sympathy with the body

most people do not see themselves as a body or if they do they feel animosity towards the body, which, jokes on them, is themselves.

a lot of ppl who have had NDAs or other spiritual experiences go through altered perspectives like being outside of their body or being 'inside' their body on a cellular level; even non-spiritually, I've read reports of people who during medical treatment saw imagery of their own organs and realized for the first time that these things are inside you pumping away, living, trying to keep you going no matter what kind of shit you're doing with your life

so yeah it does. I posted this however long ago bc I found it funny but one really common response is "Oh now I feel bad for my cells and want to do better"

He breaks down despite not being able to cry anymore, he doesnt have the psychosomatic symptoms of sadness - no heartbeat, no brain chemicals, its all just his magic

His relief and his gratitude for seeing Thimble again superceded the Hollow part of him so he could breakdown like anyone else

This is the new flag, the old one was more vivid and in a z shape, but it's been made more neutral to be inclusive of people with seizures or sensory issues.
