I would say they’re unconsciously insecure about their inferior function and may hype it up to be more important or stronger than it is, but the obviously poor way they are handling it makes it apparent to everyone else that its scope is limited. Like plenty of IFPs over the years have accused me of not providing better factual arguments for various characters’ typings but are incapable of providing their own counter-arguments. IFPs using Te are being too rigid, insistent upon facts, and inflexible in contrast with high Te, which knows what is worth correcting and what isn’t and what facts are relevant and which aren’t. The ENP over-using Si is trying to fit irrelevant details into something, compared with an ISJ who would know those details are irrelevant. An EFJ over-using inferior Ti is criticizing things and people in ways that worsen the problem rather than fix it, unlike an ITP knowing how to fix the problem without it being personal. ESP’s over-using Ni are all about “finding the right path” but often pick the wrong one or an idea that has less potential instead of an INJ’s instinctual knowledge of the right direction for themselves. An ISJ over-using Ne thinks they are being inclusive and realistic in their insights, but a real ENP knows that idea is weak or there’s a better one. An INJ over-using Se thinks they are being opportunistic, but all they are doing is making the situation worse through being impulsive and/or over fixating on how to control their envionment. An inferior Fi thinks they are fighting for a good cause, and they may just be fighting a cause that no one cares about, which an IFP would know offhand. An inferior Fe might think they are being super inclusive and appropriate, whereas an EFJ would know that kind of behavior is unnecessary and “going overboard” and/or causing conflict. Etc.

Eights are suspicious about people intentions, towards them and the people they love. Seven tend to trust more easily and see the good in people (kinda like a two) because of their optimism. 

An ENTP 8w7 is more reserved with private information than an 7w8, still upbeat, talkative and playfull because of Ne-Fe and w7, but definitly more cautious arround new people.

An eight doesnt reveal certain information “because they could betray/hurt me, I dont trust them”, even when that information might be pretty common and casual like talking about a hobbie

More aggressive and obsessive in your pursuits of your dreams, “Im gonna get that thing even if is the last thing I do”. An ENTP eight has more chances of getting what they want, once they stop sharing memes from their beds.

There’s a big difference between an ENTJ 8 and a ENTP 8 thoughts about power. An ENTP might want power so they can be free, independent and “bow to no one”, instead of wanting power over others.

Jongdae is such a beautiful person, inside and out. Like Xiumin, 2012 was pretty difficult for our ChenChen. Facing the language barrier in China meant that the fans didn’t see his real personality, so for quite a while, Jongdae didn’t get anywhere near the attention he deserved. Despite this, however, Jongdae never seemed to be disappointed or annoyed about his situation even though he had every right to. He still gave everything to his fans, surely hearing the screams in the audience for Kris or Luhan, perhaps. When he did spot a fansign with his name on it in the crowd, his face would light up with pure joy and gratitude. This consistently chilled attitude is apparent in absolutely everything Jongdae does. He takes everything in his stride, shrugging off any teasing remarks against him, playfully bragging about himself, but ultimately being a very humble guy. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone with such a positive attitude towards everything, and with such a healthy level of self-esteem. EXO’s two appearances on Weekly Idol are perfect examples of this. In the second episode, he was basically ranked as the ugliest member by both D.O and Baekhyun (that is, if you ignore the fact that Baekhyun and D.O. were playfully feuding and therefore ranked each other as ‘least handsome’, Chen was the one that they both ranked as second least handsome). Chilled Chen just shrugged it off, saying “Since it’s his own preference, it doesn’t really matter to me.” Similarly, whenever he’s asked to demonstrate his dancing skills, Jongdae excitedly jumps up and ‘proves’ his legendary reputation as the Chensing Machine. For people with less easygoing temperaments, this joke would quickly become annoying and even offensive. Yet Jongdae never lets it bother him, and just plays along with it for the sake of entertainment. You rarely ever meet people who are so good-natured and don’t take jokes like this to heart, so that really struck me about Chen.

Throughout watching Showtime, he’s definitely been one of the members who I have just learnt more and more about, and fallen more in love with. We really got to see Jongdae in all his sweetness and sassiness. Strangely enough, it was his adorable shrieking and squealing in episode 5 of Showtime that really made him my bias! (Though now I know that he’s always carrying on like that, with his trademark “WAAEEEEE.”). He comes across as someone who is extremely accepting and just wants to have fun with people from all walks of life. He’s just so out-there and fun, yet amazingly sweet when the situation needs it. I love seeing him lean over and casually squeeze another member’s hand when they’re feeling anxious or embarrassed, and being the shoulder to cry on for his beloved members. Chen himself said that he doesn’t think he’s very good at comforting people, but I beg to differ…

And who could forget the time he handed out hot packs to the ghosts in a haunted house, or how he tried to make sure that Tao didn’t get too scared? If D.O. is the Umma of the group, then Jongdae has got to be EXO’s older sister, always looking after the members but relentlessly teasing them whenever the opportunity presents itself. Then he says and does sweet shit like this and this, making all our hearts melt. 

Jongdae has great interpersonal skills, being able to befriend everyone and knowing where to draw the line when he’s joking around with someone. I have never, ever seen anyone look offended or uncomfortable after Jongdae has made a joke about them, as he never takes it too far, as opposed to the sometimes awkward and tense situations that Baekhyun and Chanyeol end up in after cracking a joke. His brilliant sense of humour also grants him the title of EXO's biggest, sassiest and wittiest troll. 

  I love his kittenish smile, uproarious laughter, freaking Hellenistic-god facial structure and his amazing attitude to people and life. Seriously, can anyone spot a single flaw in Kim Jongdae??
