This is basically my personality, I’ve decided:

picking/rubbing skin/face

fidgeting fingers/hands

folding papers or leaves or random things (to confetti)

fidget with jewelry

crook/flick/crack wrists

chew lips/cheeks

sway side to side/spin

crack knuckles and joints a lot

rub or scratch  back or shoulder or neck or arm or hands

small hops

tiptoe/creep

skipping

spin chairs

sitting in a wall (knees to chest type or squatting)

biting nails or fingers

rocking back and forth on feet

play with hair curls

sitting funny on chairs, legs or feet go up often

making idk what to call it wooden-frog-toy sound where it buzzes in throat. What to call that?

chewing on skin/arm?

hitting self in the face with beanbags/stuffies for calm

I actually used to hit more or hit my head on things I remember but was made to stop

repete something like “what do I want to do” and then dissolve into sounds and “uhhh” sound in throat for background noise

beeping (like a car. Especially when I hear car alarms in background too)

blowing raspberries

tapping

used to do this laying down kicking thing a lot or “spasming” limbs. That sounds weird but idk what to call it.

“floating” legs when laying down. Again, idk what to call this.

The flipping lawnmower sound 😭
