i am considered for a dream job offer at a school with the pay well above my current one. the other benefits are also better, including career stuff, but it is also much more taxing in terms of overwork and stress. i also have minimal experience with the age group they offer. i know people there work almost 24/7.
i'm scared of accepting it and letting other people down, taking back the (informal) offer I had already accepted, and in general not managing the load, despite liking the school a lot. if they really want me, i don't think i will be able to say no (personal relationships are involved).
i hope that if it's not the right choice, they will reject me after the interviews and i'll stay on good terms with everyone
