Aster would be crying and trying to calm Ender down, trying to reassure that she won't hurt him and would try to show her the drawings she made for him. If it fails, she will run screaming for Mama Fell.
Blot would try to understand what's going on, and when she understands, she will do her best to defend herself and anyone else who might be with her. If all fails, she'd attempt to run, but may not get far.
SMILE will try to attack Ender, most likely lose, but will do his best to land in a few good blows on him. He will ultimately fail because he is nowhere near unstable Enders skill level, but once he recovers in his AU, he will start learning more about how to beat him in future battles.

Aster would definitely like Ender the most, seeing him as a fun uncle and SMILE would like Ender the least, mainly because I think they could go toe to toe in a battle and it would end in a tie
I just realized something...
In entry 66, Tim says this:
This implies that in Rosswood, Tim ran away and was never found
Just found a way to make this even worse. In Rosswood we see that a majority of the original cast have their lives together (minus Tim and Brian because we don't see them) meaning that in a way, Alex was right. Without Tim in their lives, the Operator stayed away from them because Tim was never around for it to start appearing until Jay and Alex went to record in Rosswood.
