Okay so I just got off the phone with them. I talked to a trans girl named Aurora & she was super helpful! She gave me a few doctors to talk to & encouraged me to seek therapy instead of just rushing to get my pills. She literally found a trans friendly therapist in my town & I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

How To Watch:

Since I am a big fan of American woso fans watching other kinds of soccer, here's how I watch Spain Woso, specifically the Primera Iberdrola league.

Unfortunately you will need a VPN if you're in the States, I use Opera. It's free and SUPER easy to set up. A lot of the Iberdrola games I've seen aired on goltv, a Spain only channel (link). Good news is there's still plenty of games left in the league, not so many for the year, but at least you'll know where to watch! (it is in Spanish BUT it adds to the charm of Spanish woso to listen to the broadcast excitement)

As I'm writing this, Atlético Madrid and Real Sociedad are playing, game is tied, and this almighty cannon shot just happened, need i more incentives?

Let me share with you guys a product that super helps me remember if I took my meds or not (because while the above is great, I still would manage to confuse myself):

They count as soon as you put the top back on. So if I don’t know if I’ve taken my medication for the day, I can check the cap to see how long ago I opened the container! It’s brilliant!

Also can help you if you suspect anyone’s been getting into your meds – as my fellow ADHDers know, stimulants are often abused by those who don’t require them to function. If you suspect anyone’s been getting into your meds, you can check with those timer lids (they also make bottles with combo locks on them you can store your meds – and anything else that can fit in the container – to keep them out of the wrong hands)

Sometimes I think of the pill bottle like playing Magic. When I use it, take the pill, I turn it upside down like I’m tapping a card. The next morning, I flip it over, like I’m untapping at the beginning of my turn.
