Actual Femslash Blog Mission
This blog is a place to collect and promote femslash fanworks, primarily fanfiction! Currently I am obsessed with My Hero Academia, so that is the focus.
As much as I love AO3, overtagging by authors has made it near impossible to find actual F/F-focused works in certain fandoms. BNHA is one of those fandoms where F/F couples are very often tagged for a quick paragraph or single line about them, while the bulk of the fic actually focuses on something else. That means when you search up a particular F/F couple (or even the F/F category in general), you often have to sift through a lot of fics that don't actually have what you're interested in.
So the focus of this blog is to help interested readers find more F/F-centric fic. I currently tag for ship, characters, fandom (again, currently BNHA focused but want to be open in the future), rating, oneshot vs. multichapter, wordcount bucket, and some general mood tags.
Some of the works I will have read, some not (I only have so much time in a day, but want to include as much as possible). This will be denoted by a "mod has read" and "mod has not read" tag.
I may also occasionally post relevant memes, reviews, others rec lists, or answer asks. I also love using the queue, so expect spread out/slow/consistent posting.
AUTHORS/CREATORS: I will be trying to @ authors with tumblrs (esp if those tumblrs are accessible in the AO3 notes/profile) so people can see your other work and so you know you've been featured! If you would prefer I not do so (or if you have any edits/concerns/want me to remove a post about your work) feel free to DM or send an ask!
PROMOTION/RECS: If you have written a F/F-centric work, or know of one that has not yet been featured on this blog, I'd love to promote it! I can create a post, or reblog a post of yours with similar info. Send a DM or ask! Please review the inclusion criteria prior to sending.
