The occasion dictates that the entire military has to line up in the streets for a massive, mandatory parade. Not everyone is happy, and this means someone like Tseng, who’s usually tasked with keeping the board happy, is having the most stressed out time of his life trying to coordinate the chaos with a headset and a clipboard.
Tseng: Okay. Kunsel, you and Zack hold the main banner. Smile, wave, and for the love of Gaia, Zack, don’t throw candy into the crowd.
Zack: What!? But everyone else gets to do it!
Tseng: Every year you accidentally give a child an ocular injury via your enthusiastic lollypop throwing. A lawsuit isn’t in the budget this year.

*Angeal shamefully raises his hand*

Tseng: Well someone find him and confiscate it before the President gets here! And Sephiroth, I said to the LEFT. Why is the flag now completely upside down??
*Sephiroth’s expression is entirely blank*
Tseng: Just hold it straight!
*He tilts the upside down flag to the right*
Tseng: That’s it! You’re out of this parade! Get out of the formation!
*Sephiroth’s eyes light up with genuine, unprecedented joy*
*He drops the flag and sprints away*
