The concept blends creativity and sophistication, adding a playful yet elegant touch to the experience β a perfect fusion of mixology and classic French inspiration.

A creative and distinctive reinterpretation: lasagna with tucupi sauce. The classic Bolognese base is elevated with the bold, unique flavor of tucupi, bringing an Amazonian twist to the dish. Made with a mix of beef and pork, the sauce is rich, hearty, and full of character, coating each layer of pasta with depth and balance.

Here is a version of the Bloody Mary. Made entirely by hand, the tomatoes are roasted with thyme and carefully seasoned, then transformed into a rich concentrate with allspice and Tabasco. Itβs finished with a red wine salt rim and a crispy fried rice paper garnish, adding both texture and a bold visual element.
About the original & fun facts: The Bloody Mary is believed to have been created in the 1920s or 1930s, often credited to bartender Fernand Petiot. It became popular in Paris and later in New York, evolving over time as spices, sauces, and garnishes were added. Originally much simplerβjust vodka and tomato juiceβit grew into a complex, savory cocktail known for its bold flavors. Fun facts: The origin of the caipirinha dates back to the early 20th century in Brazil. One popular story says it was first created as a home remedy in the state of SΓ£o Paulo, mixing lime, garlic, and honey to help treat illnesses like the flu. Over time, the recipe evolved β the garlic and honey were replaced with sugar and cachaΓ§a, transforming it into the beloved cocktail we know today. It eventually became Brazilβs national drink and gained worldwide popularity.
