This non-alcoholic take on the classic margarita tastes great with the cool taste of frozen strawberries. It's great for hot summer days or whenever you want a fruity drink.
Ingredients: 2 cups frozen strawberries. 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice. 2 tablespoons agave syrup. 1 cup crushed ice. Lime wedges, for garnish. Salt, for rimming optional.
Instructions: Put the frozen strawberries, lime juice, agave syrup, and crushed ice in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put salt around the edges of the glasses if you want to. Just run a lime wedge around the edge and dip it in salt. Fill up the glasses with the margarita mix. Add lime wedges as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
