See the way Lestat is punishing Louis is by not letting him handle the business side of the tour. He’s acting calm in front of Lestat but in private he’s screaming, crying and throwing up about how it’s being mismanaged. He’s got a binder devoted entirely to what he would have done and someday Lestat is going to have to sit through ‘a presentation’. He’s not jealous of Christine for sleeping with Lestat, but for getting to file his paperwork. His capitalism balls are bright blue.

sex-repulsed people are fully within our rights to be cranky and blunt about not liking sex and how it's fucking everywhere btw. we shouldn't have to tiptoe around and make sure our phrasing is perfectly squeaky clean because people interpret any criticism of sex and sexualization as puritanism. venting about compulsory sexuality is not purity culture. maybe you could stand to learn a thing or two from us.

enjoyed the teaser but am actually quite stressed because for some unknown reason I thought I’d finish both fics before the next season came out and now I’m realising that a new version of these characters will be out in the world while I’m trying to write the version of them that’s in my head

I love lestat's version of louis. he's captivating, he's witty, he's scarily intelligent, he flirts with cruelty, yet he has the capacity for extreme restraint and composure, and it's all paired with that face.....lestat i understand you. I get it.
