this isn't from a place of bias i think he's genuinely the biggest mafumafu fan around,, shrine and everything. discovered him at his absolute lowest and it stuck with him. oomf mentioned he wouldn't listen to music much because it distracts from reading BUT he'd definitely focus on the lyrics of the songs he's listening to where i make my next point he loves music like mafus and iyowas because the lyrics convey a very comforting sense of pure despair (also in mafus case quite poetic translators mention they have a hard time translating his stuff).. he listens to a lot of vocaloid music actually but mafumafu iyowa and kikuo are his go tos

HER FAVE BAND IS ROSELIA OKAY ITS DEFINITELY ROSELIA since the bands are real bands she tries to convince yomo to go with her to their shows. she will try to convince you that fire bird is the PINNACLE of good music (it is really good. fly to the skyyyy... FIRE BIIIIRD). she seems like she'd hate proseka though. i also feel like she loves kuroneko (96neko). also definitely likes those girls bands that appear really sweet but. are far from it (caramel candid, not a girls band but ano) I FORGOT TO MENTION SHE DEFINITELY LOVES TSUMIKI. the whole racing into the night vibe songs are great (kitty and phony) she definitely loves that shit
got into girls band anime because of touka and now spends half of yomos salary on lovelive merch (he doesn't mind as long as she's happy) but she's running out of space to put stuff,,she also goes "nico nico nii" every 2 seconds amd everyone thinks it's adorable. she'll try anything anyone else is listening to as long as its doki doki kira kira enough for her. i also think she'd like popipa pasupa and momojan.. as for "real" artists kaneki put her on utaite i think she'd like English ones like rachie and jubyphonic
i dont think he knows he has a preference but i feel like he quite likes it when the cabs/osterreich are playing. Will listen to anything anyone else is playing and rate it in his head (except for kaneki he isn't allowed to play anything because half of his playlist would give anyone a stroke. red phobia by iyowa/isshou fukou de kamawanai by mafumafu for reference). he strikes me as someone who will play smile lazuro on repeat to be honest. probably a the cabs og was there before they disbanded and was there when they got back
listens to whatever kimi listens to LMAO i don't think he gives a shit. Co shu nie and city pop for the most part. the type of person to call everyone's (bar kimis) music taste buns and not have any music taste of his own

man. he listens to malice mizer because they speak french sometimes but he comes off as the type of guy who just listens to classical music to me. will try to tolerate whatever bs kaneki is listening to and call it the best thing ever even if he hates it
