Realized later that the giant leopard moth had stopped near the cicada molt on the part of the tree bark that looks like a vagina I had photographed earlier.
Found this giant leopard moth on a tree in the late afternoon! Not the best photograph bc of the low lighting due to the clouds and wildfire smoke, and having to really zoom in to capture it.

There’s an ant infestation at my house (cottage) and they’re like BIG BIG BIG FUCKERS, and I like ants like anyone but not in my house! NOT IN MY BED OR MY PC. I was listening to my show in a kind of tiny attic we have (kind of the size of a big big dog house?) and I used an empty apple juice bottle to catch those that popped around. I hade cough like 10 in one episode. Then one’s on the ceiling so I go take it and I realize there’s like ten up there. Fucking gave up man never going there again. I don’t care how hard it was to build this house. I am burning it to the ground. BET THEY WONT EVEN DIE THOSE BITCH. WHO EATS POISON AND SURVIVES????? Just changing rooms you see like three. And when you skish them… ho dear god… the fluid… the crunch……! They haunt me. WHAT ARE EXTERMINATOR FOR IF THEY DONT DO SHIT
