This is an absolutely FASCINATING cultural snapshot.

The way his body bends on the floor, how he immediately clutches his wound with his left hand when Gothel pulls his right hand, the movement of his feet when Rapunzel rushes to him, and the squint on his face while cutting Rapunzel's hair — all are chef’s kiss! These tiny details and subtle micro-expressions make it feel super grounded and very human, as if the audience can feel his pain while watching the movie. There’s a reason Tangled is an animated masterpiece!
