its a bit weird for me to turn to tumblr just to ask this but, i used to be prescribed to asenapine alongside merlopam but my gp switched it to mirtazapine.

a little background: i have been battling bipolar 2 since 2014, and ive just recently moved to australia (seven months ago), and i didnt get it treated since i moved. by far this is my longest depressive episode (six months or so i think) and it was a bit more complicated to get treatments here idk why so i just couldnt be bothered although it affected me heaps. i mean im sure some of you may know how shitty it can get. i moved here alone and even though ive got a boyfriend i still took care of it and i was dealing with it on my own. 

during monday to tuesday i had zero sleep. i had been awake for thirty hours and my gp that i was consulting to, prescribed me to mirtazapine. i was scrolling through the side effects it might give me, and upon the first time taking it, it did knock me out like most of the reviews i read. however, i’m feeling a bit hazy, very dissociative, and im having really bad tremors and spasms. i dont know if this is normal with the use of mirtazapine, i dont know if it only happens upon first use or is it just gonna be like this all the time, but i didnt have this reaction when i was using other drugs.
