Roach.

I'm Roach, or Roach Anon, I suppose. I like puzzles and decoding things. I don't remember making this account. I fell asleep in my bed and woke up 10 feet from the burned remains of a church. I also woke up with this account on my phone. I don't have a whole lot to say, but I suppose I can use this for interacting with the others.

I'll keep myself as anonymous as possible, though.

[A CCTV camera is capturing a small, cramped dorm room. It is horribly messy. Food containers and soda cans lay everywhere, washed and unwashed clothes sit in all the wrong places, a computer coated in scratches and dents sits on the desk. It is closed, and unplugged, but black wired headphones are connected to it. A full bottle of Zoloft is on the desk as well, a type of SSRI medication. Used to treat OCD or PTSD. A young adult sits on the bed of the room, seemingly undisturbed by the uncleanliness of the room.]

[This person doesn't care much for its appearance. Its long red hair is unwashed, tied back to hopefully distribute the weight. Its clothes have food stains and singe marks, and a mostly-smoked joint sits between its two fingers like its always been there.]

[The door opens. A short, dark skinned, brighter-eyed girl enters the room.]

> Heyy, Lucy... You doing okay?

[The red haired figure gives no response. Just slips the joint under a glass cup sitting on the nightstand, clearly used to the motion. The other girl takes this as a sign to continue talking.]

> So, uhm..! I know you're probably busy with... Things... But I was wondering if you wanted to come see a movie with me and—

[The video abruptly cuts. Static for a moment. After, it seems to have skipped ahead.]

[The room is silent and dark. The lights are off, and nobody's in the dorm. Nothing moves much. The date has changed as well. November 14th, 2022.]

[The windows are open. The curtains move with the wind, and papers blow around the room alongside them. The bottle of Zoloft has moved to a chair. It is empty. You're probably not meant to see this, huh?]

[End transcript.]

[Roach is on the phone. Sitting curled up in its bed, hardly able to keep its eyes open, it listens to the person on the other end. Occasionally it adds a small hum or mutter to acknowledge what the other person is saying.]

[Eventually, Roach speaks a full sentence. It's voice is small and hoarse, its throat scratchy, likely from coughing.]

> Yeah, Vivian, I know I agreed we should hang out more, I just... I don't think it's a good idea for me to be going out right now. I'm still sick.

[Vivian is heard nearly-yelling through the phone for a moment, something about a doctor.]

> Yes- yes, I know- I know I said I'd go, but I haven't been able to get up long enough to-... Yeah. Um, yeah I'll go tomorrow. Alright. Mhm. Bye.

[The phone is hung up. Roach sets its phone down and stares at the ceiling of its trailer. It isn't wearing its glasses, its in a simple graphic tee and shorts, clearly not feeling its best. It sighs, rubbing at its eyes, and gets up for water.]
