Man who wants a wife: She has to be beautiful, sexy, a good cook, and not a gold-digger
Woman who wants a husband: I really, really hope he doesn't turn out to be a rapist, paedophile, murderer, or all three
So I was searching for images of Sachsen Brandenburg because I unapologetically simp for this walking red flag factory hot trash man and I found a body pillow of him and my goodness the artist very considerately depicted his prominent bulge and muscular thighs and now I'm so fucking dead

Extremely earnest and critically-acclaimed male (American) writer:
Jane admired the way her breasts bounced in her tight baby-pink sweater as she contemplated the impending zombie apocalypse. Her brow furrowed as she wondered, would she be able to find her favorite vermilion nail polish once the world had ended? No, her favorite rosƩ lipstick was far more important than any nail polish. She smiled, her pretty rosebud lips forming a heart shape as she recalled learning the meaning of the word vermilion for the first time, in Mr Abraham's high school English class. He was definitely planning on leaving his horrible shrew of a wife for her. Or he would have done, if not for the impending zombie apocalypse. Jane smiled again, but sadly this time, and wondered whether she would always be this beautiful, in the approaching storm.

Ubifail Watchdogs Legion part 2.
Part 1
Part 3
Just a few reasons why Watchdogs Legion looks like itās going to be a load of shit. TheĀ developer failed to get even basic things about London and the UK correct.
Part 2
Part 3
Iāve started playing Story of Seasons, and Oak Tree Town is the first town in any Harvest Moon series that I have disliked. If I moved here and lived like my character did, then I would probably feel ripped off and bitter.

āFortunately, I donāt need to eat or else I probably would have passed out from malnutrition after a few weeks (my character literally hasnāt eaten in weeks)ā āNo one bothers to check up on me, including the neighbor who claimed I was like a grandchild to her. (She completely ignores me unless I seek her out myself. Does she treat her actual grandchild like that? Is that why he never visits?)ā ā(P.S. I think the villagers know I donāt have fishing rod and keep inviting to fish with them to remind me how poor I am.)ā
AHAHAHAHA this is fucking gold š šš Best confession Iāve read in ages. I think the anon just really needed to vent. Anon-sama, please be my friend youāre bloody hilarious.
The Only Man Yuki Gave Her Heart ToĀ
Iāve enjoyed debating shipsāI root for Sho in Skip Beat! to raise the hackles of the overwhelming majority of Ren loyalists, but itās all meant in fun, which is exactly what shipping discussions should always be.
Vampire Knight is full of complex characters and emotions, and it was never going to have an ending that could be wrapped up in a perfect bow where the heroine rides off into the sunset with her heartās one and only true love. Itās not that type of shojo manga, which also makes it awesome.
Did Yuki love two men at the same time? Yes. Thereās no debate in that if youāve read the series.
But there is only one man Yuki gave her heart toāliterally. And thatās what really struck me in this volume of Vampire Knight Memories 2. The circumstance is completely different than when Yuki was turned into a human as a child, because Yuki kept her heart. Kaname is living as a human without his heartāit was too weak to support his life after centuries of making hunter weapons. He has Yukiās heart inside him. Kaname retains his own personality and sense of self, but often you see him clutching his chest and thinking about Yuki, even though heās supposed to have no memories of her from the spell that made him human. Itās just so very intriguing. I want to see where this goes.
-Editor Nancy
Vampire Knight Memories vol. 2 is out in bookstores now!
I donāt understand why individuals are so concerned with an editorās opinion? Why waste your energy, especially with the position weāre in as fans that read (i.e: support) illegal content. Everybody realizes the power dynamic here, correct? Either way, itās a win-win for the editor and and lose-lose for those who disagree. This is free press for them, additional traffic to their account. Thatās an essential part of Nancyās job.Ā If the editor thinks itās a solid idea to post controversial material on an official account, let them post it. They probably have permission to do so. Shippers arenāt about to alter Nancyās mindset. Theyāll continue to post and do what they want.Ā
Also, it doesnāt make a difference who Nancy supports! Their position asĀ editor doesnāt make their opinion any more important or valid than the rest of the Vampire Knight community. Nancyās post was meant to promote VKM 2, which Iād say theyāve fairly done. The editor wanted to catch the eye of individuals, which they were able to do with āThe Only Man Yuki Gave Her Heart Toā.
Um, and? Was that all Nancy had to say? Ok, so why is everybody either pissed or ecstatic? Itās simple: Nancy used the word āonlyā, which held the implication that Yuuki āonlyā truly loved Kaname.Ā
Iām in hysterics, shippers. Nancy sayās that Yuuki loved both men. What they donāt address is whether they view Yuukiās love for so-and-so equal to that of her love forĀ so-and-soās rival. Thatās why everybody is either pissed or ecstatic.Ā
It doesnāt matter. Nancyās opinion doesnāt invalidate the entirety of VK/ VKM. Their opinion of who Yuuki lovedĀ āmoreā doesnāt decided who has won and lost this shipper debate. Nancy is just an individual, and as I mentioned before, their position as editor doesnāt make what they say more important.Ā
Personally, I think this is a wonderful and clever way to promote VKM2. Surely, we can all pull the veil from our eyes and see that essential fact? As for Nancyās reply to the anonymous individual, I reluctantly side with them on the topic of credibility. As decent individuals, we canātĀ accuse people of ill intent without proper credibility. Hypothetically, if false information was released and consumed by the public, a lot of people would face severe reprimand.Ā
Also, I want to clarify that I donāt support all of Nancyās comments. Iām disappointed by the manner in which an official account abruptly interjected itself into a fandomās issue with ship wars. I donāt think it was a clever idea, as it makes some people feel ostracized from the company. Plus, it feels forced. They havenāt been an active part of the āhardcoreā community, so their sudden appearance made the petty part of me want to make a few fresh comments.Ā
Overall, my advice is: donāt let Nancyās comments or implications impact the way you view your ship, whether itās yume or zeki. The only individual that should be able to shape the way you this series is Hino Matsuri. Write her an email, or send her a letter with some questions. Be polite. Be kind. Be smart.Ā
Hm, well, I canāt take such an editorās opinion seriously right from the beginning because of her simple reasoning: āI root for Sho in Skip Beat! to raise the hackles of the overwhelming majority of Ren loyalists...ā That tells me everything I need to know about why she has suddenly posted her unasked-for opinion on VK/VKM ships and inserted herself into the fandom. It certainly wasnāt for love of the story or characters. By her own admission, her sole purpose for doing so in Skip Beat! was to create even more of a toxic atmosphere, and the fact that she opens her post on VKM ships with that confession is extremely telling. (Personally I couldnāt care less about VK ships. I grew to dislike Yuki and the only reason I read the series anymore is Zero).
It is also worrying that Nancy is actively promoting an abusive and dysfunctional relationship as something romantic and something that she is supportive of. Anyone familiar with YA fiction will be aware of this concerning and ongoing trend to promote stalking, sexual harassment, etc from fictional love interests as romantic, simply because the perpetrator is handsome.
Furthermore, for someone in the senior position of āeditorā her grammar is absolutely appalling! Thatās another reason why I cannot take seriously the musings of such a person. Let me explain. She wrote:
āThe circumstance is completely different than when Yuki was turned into a human...ā
The correct phrase is ādifferent from.ā
āDifferent thanā makes no sense whatsoever and for a so-called editor to not possess even basic English grammar skills is inexcusable.
The word ādifferentā means that one thing ādiffers fromā another.
A differs from B, therefore A is different from B.
It is impossible for A to differ than B, e.g. āA differs than B.ā ā
Therefore:
A is different than B. ā
A is different from B. ā
I have proofread professionally for many years and horrible grammar really bothers me, particularly when it comes from supposed professionals, who really ought to know better.
