shifting method for lazy and loud minds.
this method is very simple. it's for people who don't feel like organizing a whole method or putting in a lot of effort(because you don't need to), and people who have very messy brains that are always thinking and never shut up. it's all about affirming and optionally visualizing. step 1 : get comfy. lay down, go to bed, do it awake, eyes opened, idc. whatever position works best for you. step 2 : start affirming. "holy shit i'm in my DR!! this is crazy i actually shifted, oh my goody goodness this is for real!!!" exactly like that, i'm not kidding literally just go crazy with it. step 3 : Now as your affirm, start to throw in what is currently happening in your DR, you can visualise as well, but you don't have to! if your shifting to an mha DR for example "holy moly i'm recieving my first tailored hero suit!!! holy moly i'm getting ready for training!! blah blah whatever you want" and now just do that till you shift or whatever, you can also do this for reaching the void state or any other state you want if you so please! this method helps me a lot as someone who has a LOT of thoughts, my own thoughts overlap sometimes and doubts, getting sidetracked, etc can be a big problem for me. this method helps a lot, if you're thoughts are loud, you just have to be louder, yknow. so yeah. have fun shifting!

You can't not shift.
Science says you're in your DR right now.
When you understand the principles of quantum physics, such as, superposition, you finally understand once more, that shifting is not a "journey", is a choice of awareness.
In quantum physics, a particle exists as a wave function in all possible states and locations simultaneously until theyre observed. This means the version of you who is in your DR, waking up with your desired life, is already here as a probability wave, occupying the same space as you.
The problem is,if you keep focusing your observation (awareness), on your CR , youre collapsing the wave function into this specific reality every single second. Shifting literally means changing the observer
You focus so powerfully on ur DR probability that the quantum field has no choice but to collapse that possibility into a physical fact for you.
If u truly understand superposition, you stop sayin "Im trying to shift." Because "trying" implies that the reality isn't here yet.
The logic is, "I am the sum of all my possibilities across the universe. Right now, I am tuned into this radio station aka CR, but the other station, DR isn't in another room, its playing right here on a different frequency.
The observer bends the matter.
Again, if you understand quantum physics and superposition, the question "when will it happen? ?" automatically vanishes. Cause "when" belongs to the illusion of lineer time. In the quantum field, there is only "NOW." So yes, you are in your DR right now; you are just learning how to fix your gaze aka. awareness there... .
Some people legit refuse to understand that we are literally INFINITE, every version of us ALREADY exists, every possiblity already exist and this reality do not define us. There's no such thing as "original". No. Not even us, the real thing is our essence, our selves. And our awareness. no one's DR affects the other's. And you cannot police people's DRs. thank u.
âđ Ě. what would you do if you trusted yourself to shift?
before you come to any conclusions, just hear me out.
if you trusted yourself to shift, would you search for a better method because the one you tried didnât work, or question if what youâre doing is enough? would you try to get into the void state, or listen to subliminals just in case? would you blame rolling over or falling asleep? would you put all your faith in anything outside of you when youâre the one making yourself shift?
if you trusted yourself to wake up exactly where you wanted, would any of those things even matter?
thereâs a difference between doing something because you genuinely enjoy it, than doing it only because you think itâs going to make you shift. thatâs not having trust in yourself. thatâs you thinking something outside of you is going to do it for you.
of course itâs okay to try something new, iâm not saying itâs wrong to do that. but relying your shift on external things and then not end up shifting is where most people often get stuck, questioning what went wrong. the method isnât the reason why you didnât shift, it was never about the method (or anything else) at all. it was about the fact that you expected something outside of you to shift for you.
thatâs the pattern i keep seeing, youâre simply not allowing nor trusting yourself to shift. because the truth is, your intention alone is enough! people genuinely arenât lying when they say that.
âbut i havenât shifted with my intention..â
lets go back to square one. do you trust yourself to shift by intention alone? do you trust yourself to wake up exactly where you want to be, without needing anything outside of you? because if your answer is no, thatâs where you should look, instead of looking for better methods or validation from other people. when you start trusting yourself, you allow yourself to shift.
now youâre probably wondering how youâre supposed to learn that after all this time, but the answer is actually pretty simple. act as if you already trust yourself. this current version of you didnât come from nowhere, it was made by repetition. you can learn to trust yourself the same way.
whenever you question something, just take a moment and ask: what would i do if i trusted myself? what would i do differently?
act like that version of you because soon enough, you wonât even have to think about how you would act. it will be your default!
i only found out about trust just recently and it has already made such a difference in my behavior. i finally allow myself to relax and do whatever i want. i donât question if what iâm doing is enough, because thatâs just not something i would question in the first place if i trusted myself!
â and i promise you, itâs not about trusting yourself to 100%. itâs about being consistent with it until you shift. âšđš
one of my mutuals inspired me to make this and it honestly needed to be said !!

Proprioceptive Drift: Why Your 'Where Am I?' Sense is More Powerful Than Your Imagination
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Letâs pretend I didnât ghost yâall since last year, alright? ^-^" Hereâs a chunky post. Grab snacks, or just skip ahead to the end if youâre impatient. Lots of folks are really devoted to visualizing their DR, but honestly, Iâve just realized thatâs only half the story and kind of the weaker half, too. What actually matters is proprioception. Bless you. In plain terms, proprioception is your built-in âwhere the fuck am I now?â sense. That thing that lets you poke your own nose, eyes closed, without somehow smacking yourself in the face. And Iâd bet this thing is what could really help people shift. Without needing to visualize (a treat for my friends with aphantasia). Visualization? Itâs fine. Think of it as concept art, cool for vibes, inspiration, and motivation mostly. But proprioception is feeling like you are somewhere vs. watching a movie about being somewhere. Consider dreams for a second. Theyâre often weirdly fuzzy and disconnected, but you still know youâre somewhere else, not because the visuals are spot-on, but because you physically feel placed. You sense your weight, your orientation, where your limbs are. Proprioceptionâs doing the really heavy lifting, while your brain is kinda busy generating random visual nonsense. Still, everyone always seems to default to âvisualize harder!â Like, no? Not needed? Sightâs just one sense, and honestly, it isnât even in the top 2 of the most reliable ones. Ask someone whoâs blind if their world feels less solid or real just because they canât see. (Actually, donât bother them, but you get the idea.) Visuals arenât the full story. What you see isnât even that real. Light hits the retinas, sends some electric signals, and your brain makes a guess: âYep, thatâs green.â But is it really? Or is âgreenâ just your brain interpreting data and someone else sees something completely different? Like the âthe dress is blue & black/ no the dress is white & goldâ situation. Both versions are correct and true, since their brain guessed the color based on the signal it got. So my wild guess is that you donât need crystal-clear mental images of your DR. At all. Everything you see IRL is already just a very convincing and accurate guess. We live in a culture that worships visuals, screens, selfies, âpics or it didnât happen.â When someone says âfeel yourself in your DR,â our brain instantly translates that to âsee myself thereâ and people start straining, trying to produce images while totally ignoring their actual sense of presence. Itâs like someone tells you to listen and you just stare harder at the speakers. Then you get people thinking they canât shift because the images arenât clear enough (aphantasia again) when their sense of location is actually the one screaming, âWeâre in CR!â but, well, theyâve been told to ignore it. Kinda. Now, philosophical tangent. Your brain doesnât âknowâ reality. It gets inputs and makes guesses. Sight? Thatâs light hitting retinas. Sound? Thatâs vibrations. Touch? Pressure. The brain pieces these together as well as it can to go: âOkay, Iâm in a room. Probably.â Proprioception is the anchor. Itâs telling your brain: âIâm here, facing this way, arms here, legs there. That was something hard, probably a wall I ran into.â When you dream, the signals get scrambled. When you dissociate, things feel fuzzy. When youâre drunk, goodbye spatial awareness. See the pattern? Feeling ârealâ boils down to proprioception. Vision? Easy to fool with optical illusions, hallucinations, VR headsets, whatever. Proprioception? Not as easy, but doable. So shifting is very likely not about tricking your eyes. Itâs probably just convincing your brain youâre somewhere else and to finally update the fucking data stream because the previous one sucks ass. Another wild part: your brain doesnât have a body. Itâs got a map of a body. A simulation basically, constantly updated by electrical gossip from joints and muscles. Itâs like a controlled hallucination of where you are and it usually matches reality, but doesnât have to.
âWhere you areâ isnât fixed, it just tends to feel that way, since we are kinda conditioned to assume we are our body. Every time you shift, you would simply be updating the way your brain interprets the data it gets. New data stream, new location.
Your brain already flips between dream body and waking body every night, which are totally different maps, but both work. If itâs that easy to switch⌠maybe switching to your DR body is just as easy? Kind of a trip, melted my brain a tiny bit.
Also: youâre not even âinâ your brain, really. Youâre more like consciousness floating in the void, getting live updates from your meat suit? Your whole sense of self is your brainâs best guess, all for survival. Weâre piloting a body with rather questionable software (brain piloting a meatsuit, anyone?).
Of course shifting works. The whole system is held together with tape and perception. Just retape the wires or something like that.
How to use the sense of location for shifting:
Body Scan - Donât just notice tension. Really feel it. âMy shoulders are here, relative to my hips, taking up this much space.â Map yourself. See how location is something youâre creating.
Phantom Limb Play - Puppeteer method anyone??? Move limbs without actually moving. Imagine extras, tail, wings, whatever works. Donât try to see them. Just sense their weight, movement, momentum when they move.
Blind Navigation - Move around your DR with eyes closed. Donât rely on visuals. Feel the distance you have left before running into a wall, the floor beneath you, objects, the whole room. Know your place without ever needing to look.

Pov: 3d is just a lag
If ur still stressing over whatâs happening in ur cr, the DMs, the family drama, the "failed" attempts, or the "news", ure essentially arguing with a ghost of a reality.
The 3d is not "now." The 3d is a delayed broadcast of ur past assumptions. Itâs like watching a star in the sky that burned out a million years ago, ure seeing the light, but the source is already gone.
When u decide youâve shifted or that ure living in the end, your inner world (the 4d) updates instantly. But the physical world is dense. Its a 2000s dial up connection energy. It takes a second to render ur new state.
The biggest mistake some people make, they keep hitting refresh on the 3d to see if itâs changed yet. Impatience.
âDid I shift?â , âIs my family different?â, âWhy my crush still ignoring me?
Every time u look at the 3d to confirm ur success, ure actually affirming LACK. Ure telling the Law: "I don't have it yet, so Iâm checking to see if itâs arrived." And the law, being a perfect mirror, says: "Correct, u don't have it."
Treat the 3d like a spam folder: u know it's there, but u don't have to opwn the emails. If it doesnt match your dr or ur desired state, its irrelevant data.
Yoi don't change the reflection by touching the glass, u change the reflection by changing the Source (YOU).
If u bought a ticket to a concert, u dont call the venue every 5 minutes to ask if u still have a seat. You just know.
Shifting isnt a struggle to change uor surroundings, its the stubbornness to remain unmoved by the lag while ur new reality loads.
Stop reading long essays. Stop asking for signs. Stop answering the 3d's frantic "Are u there?" texts. â
Yea that's it.
oh and btw, a successful shifter is a shifter who tried one more time
