method:

im someone who can't follow pre made methods or listen to guided meditations bc i zone out easily and randomly snap back to attention at random points in the video. so what i do is pick an audio and meditate to that. once im just existing in that moment without my mind racing, i set the intention to shift and think about my desired reality. i’ve been listening to this 852hz video my last few attempts, but always fell asleep until today.

what happened:

so i was curled up in a fetal position as i was meditating bc thats the position im most comfortable in. after some time just sitting in a meditative state, i just thought abt the garrison academy. no visualization, i was just like "wow i better shift before my alarms go off. the garrison the garrison the garrison". before i knew it, literally just a few seconds after thinking abt the academy, I SAW THE DOORS TO MY ROOM LIKE I WAS LYING IN MY BED WHAT THE FUCK😭😭😭

for context, we only see the inside of the dorm room once in the show, and that's from the hallway looking in. but here, I COULD SEE THE ROOM FROM INSIDE LOOKING TOWARDS THE DOOR TO THE HALLWAY LIKE WHATTT😭😭 like i never saw that view before, but i just KNEW i was in my room. my view was fuzzy/blurry, but that makes sense since i scripted i'm just waking up after a nap. at this moment, i realize it's finally happening and got excited so now im trying to speedrun this shit bc i was still aware of my body in this reality and i was scared of being pulled back, so now im like "FUCK VOLTRON VOLTRON VOLTRON THE GARRISON ACADEMY IM SHIFTING IM SHIFTING”. and now it gets weirder. for some reason images of lance starts flashing in my head like memories?? bit confused abt that bc it was him in his paladin suit and im not supposed to know abt that when i first shift. but its whatever... because my stupid alarm went off

though i can recognize when im stuck in a dream, ive never been able to control it or lucid dream. so i really dont think i was dreaming here 😭 it was so weird. my body was kinda paralyzed but my mind was racingggg like it was a “mind awake, body asleep” kind of state. but ugh. i was so close. BUT IN ALSO SO SO SO HAPPYYYY

anyways. suddenly seeing my room was so natural. like it was just there. like shifting is so natural guys i promise. there was no build up, no fanfare, i was just there and it felt normal to be there. IT WAS SO NORMAL IT WAS WEIRDDD, shifting is so real guys. wow. go shift
