You know those therapy sessions that just kick your butt because your therapist gives you like seven realizations about yourself, calls you on your shit, and then assigns you mental homework for the next few weeks? Like, damn...

I love my therapist so much. Everyone once in awhile, though, you get that one session that just knocks you on your back because it was a LOT. I’m really glad I have today off, so I can just sit with my thoughts.

i was outside w/ my cat just now. and he went behind a shrub for a bit, and me not realizing my neighbor was on the other side of that same shrub, poked my head round and said way louder than necessary, “my SCRUMPTIOUS darling boy, what ever are you doing over there??”
