gonna give my thoughts about the patreon and you all can boo and hiss and throw tomatoes or whatever but like… a lot of the content we love from them either gets demonetized or is right on the edge of it and … this is their job. and the membership options aren’t really anything crazy?? like I feel you won’t be missing out on a lot if you can’t afford or don’t want to sign up. I get being disappointed but like … YouTube’s monetization system sucks SO BAD. especially if you’re not willing to censor basically everything you do. but I maybe I’m just wrong. I’m coming at this from someone who has done the YouTube thing and had to constantly edit my videos in the most annoying ways to get around that shit. and it wasn’t my full time job but it still sucked so bad.
