jinx ! who hates whenever a stranger touches her hair, especially because her long hair has been used against her in fights. but, when it’s you, she melts into your touch like a kitten. she’s out, cold, whenever you pet her hair, it’s like a magic off switch and she’s dead asleep or almost asleep in your arms. she also lets and even prefers when it’s you who braids her long blue hair.

jinx ! who is shameless in her affection for you, she’s always touching you. going to the last drop? she’s holding your hand. in a meeting with silco she’s either on your lap or with her feet up against you. working? her head is on your lap.

jinx ! who loves how you smell, she loves to bury her face in your neck, stomach, armpits you name it and take a whiff of you, like an addict.

jinx ! who’s version of unwinding is cuddling with you or just hugging. sometimes you’ll find her in her hideout and you’ll immediately be able to tell that she’s in a bad mood. jinx ! who, almost immediately after she spots you, runs up to you and wrap her limbs around you in a crushing hug. sometimes she’ll even jump on top of you and you have to be fast enough to catch her before the both of you topple over and fall down her giant fan.

jinx ! who is a crybaby in your arms. whenever she’s upset she’ll cling to you and just cry into your shoulder while you hold her tightly.

jinx ! who despite the lack of care for her own health and her own wounds becomes a mother hen whenever you’re hurt. she doesn’t own anything proper to take care of wounds ( cue that goddamn stapler ) so she’ll steal from sevika’s or silco’s stash instead. ( usually sevika’s because she enjoys pissing her off ).

your feet swing from side to side while you’re perched up on top of jinx’s vanity with a gash on your upper arm, curtesy of you’re latest encounter with the topside, assholes, it’s not particularly deep or life threatening really, not that that mattered to jinx who almost blew a whole in the council once she saw crimson blood running down your skin, it was a miracle that you managed to convince her to run away with you before the both of you ended up in stillwater due to her bad temper whenever it came to seeing you hurt. the same jinx who’s now a few feet ahead of you, rummaging through sevika’s ‘medical’ bag, or the closest thing to a medical bag in silco’s office, while arguing with the contents inside of it.

“no, no, useless…” jinx mumbles while throwing things out. “what does this do?” jinx asks while picking up something that looks more like a torture device rather than something someone would use to take care of a wound. “never mind.” jinx says, before throwing the strange metallic object out into the pile of stuff in sevika’s bag that she has deemed useless so far. “ah!” jinx exclaims in triumph. “bandages.” she says, holding up a crumpled up roll of gauze. “are these bandages?” she asks you, waving the gauze in your direction.

“close enough.” you answer, curtly, before taking a swig out of a bottle that you found in the bottom of sevika’s bag and grimacing at the taste shortly after.

jinx smiles at the face you just made and struts over to you, picking up the previously sterilised needle out of your waiting hand and making the first incision into your battered skin, her tongue pokes out slightly out of her mouth while she runs the needle in and out of your arm. once she’s done, jinx starts, carefully, rolling the medical gauze around the now closed gash in your arm and definitely securing the wound way too tightly. not that you’d tell her, not when she looks so content with herself after playing doctor and stitching you up.

you try to touch your laceration over the gauze, just to see how it feels under the thin material, only to have your hand swatted away by jinx who gives you her best faux disappointment look while swinging her index finger from side to side. “no touching, toots.” jinx scolds, rolling yet another, unnecessary, layer of medical gauze around your arm.

you watch as she rolls the ( mostly ) white material atop your now sewed up arm. “I’m starting to question your credentials, doctor jinx.” you joke, lifting your head up and locking eyes with her.

jinx splutters and keeps on rolling the gauze around your arm, you’re starting to wonder if she’s planning on finishing the whole roll. “please, my medical skills are awesome!” jinx rebukes, lifting up one singular eyebrow and swinging her hips from side to side.

now, you knew for a fact that that was the furthest thing from truth, jinx might be a lot of things both good and bad but a good doctor ( especially to herself ) wasn’t one of them. “I once saw you use a stapler on yourself!” you remind her.

“that was one time!”

“one time too many!”

jinx scoffs and crosses her arms over her chest. “you know where I’m from doctors usually get paid for their services not yelled at!” jinx petulantly points out.

you roll your eyes fondly at her before standing up and kissing her abruptly, jinx’s eyes go wide when your lips meet hers, before she closes them and moves her lips in tandem with your own. she finally lets go of the roll of gauze and lets it fall onto the ground, leaving it attached to you arm given the fact that she forgot to cut it, in order to wrap her dominant arm around your waist and pull you closer to her body.

jinx ! who gets needy whenever she’s on your lap. it doesn’t matter if she was there just because or if she jumped into your lap while the two of you were working, once she’s got that look in her eyes it’s game over. at first she’ll start by tilting her head from side to side, observing you, studying you like you’re a piece of machinery, trying to work out what makes you tick, or rather how to rile you up. then she’ll kiss you, all tongue too. she’ll kiss you like she wants to devour you whole, her tongue lapping up at the insides of your mouth like she’s starving for it, for you, for the taste of you. until, she’s moving her body against your own, it doesn’t matter if the fabric of her pants is in the way, because sometimes it’s not about release with her, sometimes it’s about closeness.

you were sat next to jinx, in front of her broken mirror going over the weaponry stashed in her hideout, seeing which bombs were in good condition and which pistols were in need of more rounds. you were cataloguing which weapons were still useable when you felt a jinx shaped weight fall into your lap.

jinx, at first didn’t do much, she just sat in your lap and wrapped her arms around you neck, her head fell on the crook of your neck while one of her long blue braids fell onto the paper near the hand you were writing with. jinx sighed and buried her nose into you skin, breathing in the scent of you like you were all she ever wanted to breathe, all she ever needed to live. until, she wrapped her legs around your waist, linking her boot covered feet behind your back. jinx used her newfound position as leverage in order to move her core from your belt buckle to your stomach, grinding her cunt over your clothes up and down while breathing in the scent of your skin. you could feel both your skin and hers heating up due to the friction and her wetness seeping in through the thin material of her purple striped pants and into your exposed stomach, jinx groaned and moved faster, panting and wetting the skin of your neck with her saliva while her core moved up and down your skin. you placed one hand on her exposed back, helping her get closer to you, to your skin, while you finished up the rest of the inventory with jinx grinding herself on top of your lap.
