Scuffed little comic wip!! This is set during Fern's and Powder— or should I rather say young Jinx in this context?? First meeting. NOT right after the bomb that claimed the lives of her brothers and dad, although it is intentionally meant to make you think it is,, Fern doesn't have her short, choppy bangs here because before she met Jinx she was somewhat neglected, it wasn't an abusive situation I'd say however,it's complicated as a situation, but her hair was definitely matted and overgrown.
