Isn’t this more of a combination of selective breeding and GMOs? Not just GMOs?

The concept of GMO’s is such a nuanced one, I cannot help but scoff when somebody tries to claim that GMO’s are evil across the board. Next time somebody tries to tell you that, tell them to google “Norman Borlaug” or “short stalk wheat.” Borlaug, using Genetic Modifications, created a dwarf wheat that literally saved India and Pakistan from famine.
