Delish way to break my fast... My Mellow Mocha Morning Cooler! no I'm not doing some weird fad.. when we sleep we are fasting, everyone does it!! Some people break their fast before others by eating breakfast.. i choose to wait a longer period of time to break my fast and then I eat the same amount that I would if I was eating every couple hrs 5-6 times a day! I just get bigger portions and feel more satiated through out the day then constantly thinking about when and what I get to eat next.. #mealprepsunday Switching gears this yr!! 2017 is all about healing for me! this past yr.. i've dealt with.... a couple disc flare ups that have put me in urgent care and missing work, an MCL sprain in my knee, an ankle/foot issue and reoccurring impingement syndrome in my shoulder... ALL on my right side.. So i will be focusing on LOTS of yoga, bodyweight and low impact, low weight workouts and fasted interval cardio!! I want to be active without pain and enjoy life! Rolling my foot feels amazing!! Once you start #foamrolling and doing #triggerpointtherapy your body craves it!! I've had a weird issue with my foot for the last yr.. It comes and goes but feels like something being pinched in my ankle and sometimes its so bad I can't put full pressure on my foot. Then in a couple hrs or the next day it's gone... until next time!! I seriously need a totally new right side!! #noevenjoking

My husband is always complaining about how cold his feet are, And with good reason, their like ice!
