If you think scripting our racism, sexism, homophobia, etc will affect the “realism” of your DR… let me tell you from experience, it will not.
If it does, it means you should really look at yourself and the people you are with. Because scripting out discrimination should not impact you in any non positive way if you are not a part of this discrimination!
And don’t get me started on the people who are only woke about the things that directly benefit them.
So,
Here are some things to always script/script out in your DRs
Keep in mind, all of the following things to script are independent from one another, and those are just recommendations that varies so everyone can find things that they want to script.
Racism
Racism never developed into a system that affected laws, institutions or opportunities;
Historical injustices caused by racism were acknowledged, repaired and fully addressed generations ago;
No person's opportunities, safety, education, healthcare or income are influenced by their race, language or ethnicity;
Cultural traditions from every part of the world are respected and accurately represented;
Indigenous peoples worldwide retained sovereignty over their lands, cultures and languages;
Colonialism never involved racial hierarchies or exploitation of native populations;
Any of the white/black “supremacy” ideology exists;
Slavery based on race never existed/doesn’t exist anymore;
No one (eve black people) use racial slurs (like the N word, for instance);
Every child learns the complete history of racial oppression and how it was overcome;
People of all racial backgrounds are equally represented in leadership positions;
Racial profiling has never existed/ doesn’t exist anymore;
Beauty standards include and celebrate every skin tone and physical feature;
Hate crimes motivated by race do not occur;
Communities affected by historical discrimination received complete reparative justice;
Mixed-race individuals never experience discrimination or exclusion;
People stoped reversed racism because they understood that we need to stop perpetuating hate;
Immigration systems operate without racial bias;
Immigrating into another country is easy, and people are open about it;
Mugshots cannot be released to the public before conviction;
Residential zoning laws that segregated communities were abolished;
Police departments use independent civilian oversight with real power;
Historical monuments glorifying oppression have been replaced with educational memorials;
National history curriculums include multiple perspectives instead of a single narrative;
Ethnic names never negatively affect opportunities;
Border and immigration systems treat applicants equally regardless of origin.
Sexism, misogyny & misandry
Gender has never determined a person's rights, opportunities or social status;
Women have always had equal political, economic, and legal rights;
Men are never discouraged from expressing emotions or seeking support;
Historical barriers that prevented women from owning property, voting or accessing education never existed;
Gender-based violence has been eradicated;
Caregiving responsibilities are equally valued regardless of gender;
Misogyny is real and people acknowledge that, but so is misandry and people acknowledge it as well;
All menstrual hygiene products are free and easy to access at any age and for everyone;
All contraceptives are free and easy to access at any age and for everyone;
People stoped the gender war because they understood that we need to stop perpetuating hate;
People don’t have the mentality of “men are the problem”, but “patriarchy is”;
Abortion is healthcare, free and easy to access at any age and for everyone;
Woman don’t have their carrier destroyed because her intimacy got diffused without her consent;
Men cannot become president or have any for of power when her got accused of sexual crimes;
There are no such things as “woman jobs” and “men jobs”;
Ra*pe against no one is happening;
Ra*pist are getting consequently punished (are are getting punished to begin with);
Reproductive healthcare is universally accessible and respected;
People don’t believe the misinformation that “men are stronger than women” anymore;
There are no such things as “men sports teams” and “woman sports teams”.
Men are never shamed for pursuing careers traditionally considered feminine;
Women are never judged differently than men for the same behaviors (and vice versa);
Family courts evaluate parents individually rather than relying on their gender;
Society understands and acknowledge that gender and sex is not the same thing.
Media cannot use heavily altered bodies in advertisements;
Revenge po*rn is prosecuted globally;
Domestic violence shelters and services exist for all victims;
Men receive education on emotional regulation from childhood;
Women's pain is taken seriously;
Beauty industries face strict regulations against harmful practices;
Childcare is publicly funded;
Woman health is being properly medically studied;
All genders are equally represented in positions of power and influence;
Gender stereotypes do not affect childhood development;
Domestic labor is equally recognized and shared;
Every gender receives equal protection under all laws;
Historical contributions by women were always properly credited.
Homophobia
LGBTQIA+ identities have always been accepted as a normal part of human diversity;
Same-sex relationships have never been criminalized;
LGBTQIA+ individuals have never been denied rights, housing, employment or healthcare;
Every family structure receives equal recognition and respect;
Conversion therapy is illegal worldwide;
No institution can deny services based on sexual orientation;
Blood donation policies are based only on scientific risk factors;
Family law treats all couples equally;
Adoption processes are identical regardless of orientation;
Historical persecution of LGBTQIA+ communities never occurred;
Religious and cultural institutions fully respect LGBTQIA+ people;
LGBTQIA+ youth always grow up in supportive environments;
Conversion therapy never existed/don’t exist anymore;
Public figures can openly be LGBTQIA+ without consequences;
LGBTQIA+ history is accurately taught in schools;
Marriage equality has always existed worldwide;

Transphobia
Transgender and non-binary identities have always been understood and respected;
Trans people can access affirming healthcare without barriers;
Legal documents accurately reflect people's identities through a simple process;
Trans individuals never face discrimination in employment, housing, education or healthcare;
Gender diversity is included in historical education;
Public facilities are accessible and safe for people of all gender identities;
No one questions another person's identity or pronouns;
All gender affirming care are free and easy to access at any age and for everyone;
Every pronouns (even xenopronouns) are a part of the dictionary and are used daily;
Trans youth always receive support from family and community;
Gender expression is completely free from social judgment;
Gender markers are optional im documents;
Public bathrooms are redesigned around privacy and their use rather than gender separation;
Medical systems are informed by current scientific consensus;
Deadnaming in official records becomes impossible after legal updates;
Deadnaming someone is considering a form of assault;
Sports organizations use the testosterone level instead of the biological sex to classify;
Violence against trans people does not occur;
Scientific and medical institutions have always respected gender diversity;
Media portrayals of trans people are accurate and respectful;
Transgender people and their health are being properly medically studied.
Ableism
Disabilities are fully accommodated by society from the beginning;
Cities, transportation, technology and buildings are universally accessible;
People with disabilities are never viewed as less capable or valuable;
Medical research eliminated preventable suffering while respecting disability rights;
Sign languages receive the same recognition as spoken languages;
Educational systems adapt to every student's needs;
Accessibility is mandatory before buildings can open;
Workplaces are required to provide flexible participation options;
Neurodivergent communication styles are normalized;
Disability accommodations are immediate and free;
Neurodivergent people are accepted without stigma;

Classism & socioeconomic inequality
Poverty has been eradicated worldwide;

Generational poverty has been eliminated;
Workers receive fair wages that comfortably support their needs;
Homelessness does not exist;

Wars don’t occur anymore because politicians are not money/power driven and are able to solve problems through diplomacy;

Nuclear weapons got destroyed and its conception is universally prohibited;
Genocides throughout history were prevented before they could occur;
Genocides again any monitors are not happening anymore;
Diplomatic education begins in school;
International cooperation is prioritized over competition;
Borders never separate families or restrict human dignity;

You Are Only A Consciousness Watching Reality Through A Body’s Eyes 𖤓
Have you noticed how you’re always watching things that are happening in front of you. You are watching a TV : there’s a "physical" channel and a mind channel. That’s why we can see our dreams, and remember them. You notice how thoughts and dreams are different ? When thinking, you can’t "physically" see them. By that I mean that they do not occur in front of you. They are vague, blurry, in the darkness. Even if you can clearly imagine something, you can’t see them how you see the reality in front of you, when you open your eyes. Someone who has vivid or lucid dreams like me will tell you, dreams are different. In your dreams, you see what is happening in front of you, because it is LITERALLY happening in front of you. You have all your senses : sometimes you only have vision, touch or hearing, but all of them works in your dream if you are grounded enough. How is that possible ? It’s possible because you are not a body, but a consciousness. You don’t need your body to be awake to touch things, or smell and taste things, or just make decisions, think and do all physical things, because you are not a body. If you were "trapped", like people love to say when they "can’t" shift, you wouldn’t dream. They would be in the form of thoughts, not of reality. As of now, dreams are reality. In a different state, of course, but they still are, and you exists in them too. If the dream world is a reality, that means you shift every night and experience a new reality. A weird one, sometimes that doesn’t make sense, sometimes that is scary, but not all realities are perfect with pink glitter and unicorns. Instead of thinking of dreaming like just something that happens at night and that is irrelevant, try writing them, remembering them, what senses did you have, what made sense and didn’t made sense, how you felt. Were you thinking in your dream ? Did you make a decision ? Did you have free will ? Was it lucid, or vivid ? Did it felt out of place ? Or completely real, even tho things weren’t "realistic" ?
In reality, there’s no such things as "realistic" : what reality should we take as the blueprint ? We experience other realities each second, your reality is not the same as mine. How can I say that mine is the blueprint, and yours should be the same or it’s unrealistic ? That doesn’t exist in the multi-reality realm. In a parallel reality, you have an arm in the middle of your forehand. It is here to help you get things that are too high for your two arms by the side of your body. If someone from this reality comes here, and see we only have two, they will laugh and say it’s unrealistic. Because every reality is the blueprint of the mind that is living in it.
The dream realm is as real as the physical one where you’re experiencing an human life. You shift realities every night, every time you’re not focused on living as a body, but only as a consciousness. You then allow yourself to float and experience other dimensions, to learn things as a high dimensional being. Start treating your dreams the same way you would treat your DRs, or this reality you are in rn. Love y’all 💋

HOW IT FEELS TO SHIFT AWAKE
(coming from a procrastinator that often gets bored during attempts and STILL shifts anyway)
HI SHIFTBLR! I'm back with a big post.
So, I've been on tiktok lately and i've been seeing a lot a lot a LOT of people talking about how to awake shift and it really inspired me to speak on my experience because i don't really see that many people share their awake shifting experiences in detail.
Just for context, I use my own method to awake shift. It's fairly easy. All it takes is patience and some free time, that's all.
There's this girl on tiktok named Kas who PERFECTLY encapsulated my METHOD in a video but in way better words. She defined shifting as DISCONNECTION, IDENTIFICATION, AND RECONNECTION! That is exactly it! Most people get stuck on Disconnection and give up. I often get really bored before this part but trust me that's just your ego trying to stop you! Don't ever listen! You could live your dream life rn babes why would you quit?!?
So, THIS IS HOW IT FEELS TO SHIFT WHILE AWAKE:
I meditate by breathing in like 2-5 times, sometimes i do it for longer but i find that if i do it for too long, i end up falling asleep. This step is important but it shouldn't be overdone because your body isn't even needed to shift.
i immediately start on DISCONNECTION. I tell myself "I am disconnected from my current reality. I am not this body / vessel" until i start to feel a little floaty.
After feeling floaty, i'm still feeling connected to my CR but i kinda ignore it and just skip straight to connecting to my DR SELF via identity affirmations.
Usually at this point i start to visualize where i'll wake up and sometimes i get so deep in it that i dont even have to do CONNECTION because i'll start hearing stuff from my DR or feeling stuff. Like if i'm petting my cat, i'll subtly feel her fur but like in my CR if that makes sense?? It's like i can FEEL it as my DR self but my CR self is feeling the sensations. I actually hate this because it feels like a game of cat n fucking mouse. Like whats the point of that "phantom" ass feeling? Just shift and feel it for real lmaoo!!
I'm going to try to explain this as best i can: When I shift while awake, it's lik the reality fades in. Like, I'm in my CR doing affs, and then all of a sudden i'm in my DR. . . there is no distinction of travel between the two. i'm just here one moment and then the next im in my DR. I can never predict the exact moment because it just happens and im not even really paying attention when it does. I just notice that i'm there, yk?
lately i've been getting bored after the feelings stop, so i just kinda give up :/ but i still hear stuff from my DR so i count that as a partial shift, aka shifting regardless!!!

Before I went to sleep last night I read a post about how counting numbers as a method is probably the easiest thing to get into the void/ your dr because right when you lose track of what number your on and you’re aware you’re getting confused THATS the best moment to shift. You’re right on that edge of being awake but already on the verge of falling asleep and your brain isn’t resisting.
I tried this last night and tell me why I had the most vivid lucid dream and I think for a moment I actually shifted because everything was literally in HD and I could control what I was doing. But I was wayyyy too tired last night to actually follow through with the shift so I just went to sleep.
Pls try it because it’s the most low effort but high reward method you could do (in my humble opinion)

The Observer is the Observed
Imagine you're looking at an apple,
There are two things involved
The apple, the thing being seen.
You, the one seeing it.
The apple is the observed and You the observer.
Now let's take this a just take this a tinyyy bit further.
At night, when you're lying in bed, thousands of thoughts pass through your mind. Memories, worries, plans, dreams, emotions, could be your dr, could be the thought of getting into the void, all of them appear before you in your mind.
But if you can notice your thoughts, then your thoughts have become the observed.
And if your thoughts are being observed, then there must be something doing the observing
In that exact moment, your thoughts and the observer cannot be the same thing.
The same idea applies to your body,
You can look at your hands. You can see your face in a mirror. You can notice your heartbeat, your emotions, and even your personality changing over time, you cannot be the observed if you are observing yet here you are observing yourself
If you can observe all of these things, then are you really any of them?
Who is the one that is aware of them?
Imagine a mirror somehow became conscious and tried to see itself,it might think that it is what it reflects and not the one reflecting it yk? the mirror is not its reflections, it is not the image the object the tree the person standing infront of it, it is the one reflecting the images
Likewise,
Think of your mind as containing many "reflections"
Thoughts
Emotions
Memories
Desires
Fears
These mental states keep changing. minute to minute If they constantly changing, can they really be what you fundamentally are?
or are they just reflections appearing within awareness?
"I notice that I'm anxious."
there are 2 things happening here, your anxiety is present and there's something else aware of the anxiety
The anxiety is the reflection here
The awareness is the mirror
The awareness doesn't become anxious
It just notices the anxiety
Just like how a mirror doesn't become a tree when a tree appears in it.

What is the observer then?
the double split experiment in quantum physics says the same things. without an observer light behaves as a wave and with an observer light behaves as a particles which means that the presence of an observer affects reality
reality does not exist until you observe it
so then if you exist who is observing you?
which points to a realization that you are not in this universe you are the universe, you are the consciousness that the universe stems from,it runs from and one day will end from. you are shiva,vishnu as well as brahma. this is why jesus in the bible has said god is within you. its very important you do not become egoistical about this however, this knowledge will serve its true purpose once you completely disregard the ego
the advait vedanta a thousand years ago called this aham brahmasmi
"you are the universe experiencing itself"
Understand that the physical/ego does not exist and finally be free.
Sometimes we worry too much about trying to get rid of the ego, about ignoring the physical (or 3D, if you prefer), we try to reflect for hours about the physical, seeking to finally detach ourselves from it...But if you know that never existed, then what exactly are you trying to get rid of? There's no one, there's nothing, so what are you trying to let go of?
There is no ego, no physical form, there is no human being, there is no human experience. Stop worrying about not being, about ceasing to identify with the ego, about ceasing to identify with the physical, like... you're already none of that! Sometimes we worry too much about "destabilizing" the physical world so that something finally works, but who notices this lack? There is no lack, no one notices this lack, the lack is an illusion.
People struggle to manifest their dream appearances, but why would that be difficult? You don't have a body, you ASSUMED to have a body (you = consciousness), so why would you have difficulty assume a "new" body?
Some people think they can't manifest S/P, but if there isn't another person separate from you, nothing exists outside of consciousness, and you have ACCEPTED the existence of that person, then why would it be difficult to manifest them?
Some people struggle to shift, but shifting itself doesn't exist (since shifting is a name we give to something as natural as breathing, but people treat it as something abnormal), if reality itself doesn't exist, if the ego doesn't exist, and it's all a matter of changing your focus... then why do you think you would have difficulty?
Some believe that consciousness is not in everything, but rather within the body, but that doesn't make sense, The body doesn't exist, so how can consciousness reside within this illusory body? The human being don't exist, so how can anything reside within them?
The ego is a creation of the mind, and the mind does not exist; the mind is not a real entity. The mind itself is the name we give to a collection of thoughts, and thoughts are not real, thoughts are not fixed, So, therefore >> It doesn't exist, it can't affect me.
Think of a lucid dream; it occurs when you realize it's not real, and then you can control it however you want. And it's not something you have a huge process to "awaken" to in the dream, you simply perceive it, and from there you control everything without limits. Why do you think it would be different with "this reality"? Since nothing changes from the dream to the physical reality, after all, the basis and the creator are the same: the consciousness.
There are accounts that tell you to demonize the ego, to treat it like crap and whatnot, but where will that get you? And what do you have to ignore when you CAN'T IGNORE SOMETHING THAT DONT EXISTS?

One of the most popular, infamous, and often misunderstood concepts within the community is the idea of “𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨.”
I constantly come across posts, and I’ve recommended it myself, that tell you to let go of that lingering, irritating expectation of whether tomorrow you’ll wake up in your desired reality or once again open your eyes to your cursed, damned, painfully familiar bedroom.
But what does “𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨” actually mean?
Well, awaken those neurons that social media has graciously fried and read my magnificent, slightly irreverent post.
Allow me to enlighten you with my (our) brilliant intellect and my (not particularly revolutionary) ideas.
“𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨” is not about pretending that shifting no longer interests you. We’re human beings. It’s completely normal, and honestly understandable, to feel excited about something that would so obviously mark a before and after in our endless existence.
“𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨” is really about accepting that you already have it.
…A little confusing, isn’t it?
But it’s much simpler than it sounds.
You are consciousness. I am consciousness. We are all consciousness, pure awareness that is not tied to any fixed place, pure awareness that is genuinely free, pure awareness that is both the beginning and the end of existence and everything that comes with it. In other words, the consciousness that creates everything we perceive as real around us.
Following that logic, isn’t it somewhat irrational to believe that you’re still not in your desired reality?
You are.
You always have been.
You always will be.
That’s simply the nature of things.
The only thing missing, the 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐩, is your willingness to see it, to accept it, and to stop longing for something you already possess so that you can finally experience it firsthand.
That’s why I proudly declare myself a fan of the Law of Assumption.
When you repeat affirmations, you’re not trying to fool yourself, nor are you desperately chasing after something you want. You’re aligning your awareness with an already existing possibility.
Let go.
You are not chained to this reality.
As difficult as it may be to believe, you already have what you’ve been yearning for.
Accept it.
And allow yourself to experience the reality you’ve dreamed of for so long.

I feel like my fyp is being filled with harmful Loa shifting takes and advice that’s just straight up wrong and contradicting. Nothing can stop you or hold you back from shifting/manifesting so i’m gonna do this as a reminder for myself and anyone else struggling that may see this
🌷You can be desperate and Still shift
🌷You can be in a negative headspace and still shift
🌷You can roll over mid method and still shift
🌷You can feel depressed and unmotivated and still shift
🌷You can have trouble fully believing in Shifting and still Shift
🌷You do not have to force yourself to ignore your current circumstances and emotions to Shift especially if you are dealing with disabilities, chronic illnesses, Abusive households etc
🌷Remind yourself that you can shift in any mindset because you can shifting is inevitable and nothing can hold you back from shifting
The most helpful Shifting advice you could ever give is to tell people to remind themselves that they can shift no matter what emotional state they are experiencing Whether that’s sadness, anger, desperation, demotivation, lack of confidence etc
I see a lot of Loa shifters on here spreading that certain negative emotional states can hold them back from shifting as well as trying to attach reasons as to why people haven’t shifted yet and it’s so contradictive harmful and limiting
The way I see it that’s just creating the assumption in people’s minds that if they are feeling desperate, unmotivated or any type of negative emotion then it’s gonna hold them back from shifting and they’re not gonna shift and that’s just gonna cause spiraling and cause people to surpress their negative emotions instead of acknowledging them and reminding themselves that it has no affect on their ability to shift
Law of Assumption can be a helpful tool to shift but i feel like a lot of law of assumption advice being given on here is just straight up contradictive harmful and actually over complicating things and it doesn’t keep people in mind who are dealing with sicknesses disabilities and depressing circumstances in this reality
The point of Law of assumption is that your assumptions create your reality so why would you want to instill the assumption in people or even yourself that natural human emotions/reactions can hold you back from shifting rather than the assumption that you can shift in any state and nothing can affect your ability to shift
But that’s just my opinion 🫡

How to actually experince the Void State?
Hey yall. i wasnt in a place where i could prep posts, i was away abroad, didn't take my pc with me, and I was way too exasperated and all, but after a few days here we are. Yea, how to actually experience the void state? imma try to clarify with my own opinions and knowledge. You're free to disagree/ add more info.
Now, when you start looking for "a single formula that guarantees results and works flawlessly!!!" ,youre actually falling into the mental trap (y'all, mental trap is real. That's why you "can't" enter the void and get desperate. 😃😃) that makes the process way more difficult. striving, and constantly checking, "ughhh did it work?" THE void state, as the name suggests, is a state of emptiness. This emptiness is not ''entered'' (or experienced, wahtever u want to call it), by "doing" (means effort) something, but by ceasing to do, control, and think about everything (to use the philosophy of the loa, by knowing that desire has already been fulfilled and ceasing to search for it).
(Yea i remember suggesting this, but it wasnt for void state it was for staying awake so dont even mention that.) Listening to podcasts or counting your breaths are great anchors for keeping your mind focused on the room while experiencing sleep paralysis or WILD. But when the goal is ''achieved'', when the body is completely locked up u need to cut (cut the focus to) that anchor. Youll ask me ''but helene, how???'' The moment you feel your body becoming heavy and numb, it's better off if you try to stop focusing on the background noise, the shapes in the darkness, or the feeling of the bed. If ur mind still analyzing, thinking, "ah, whats on that podcast?" or "jeez think im paralyzed right now," you remain anchored to 3D reality. (aka physical reality.) you gotta completely release yourself when that moment comes, as if u were letting yourself fall from the top of a building or sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Stop analyzing, just fall. alrigh?
In the void, there is no a name, no physical form, no age, no room, no past, and no future. Only the fact that "you exist" remains. During that transitional phase when the body falls asleep (aka the hypnagogic phase), let only the feeling of "i am" pass through ur mind. Try to forget that youre a human being, that youre lying in bed, assume that you are merely a point of awareness floating in emptiness. Repeat these affirmations continuously and monotonously to yourself, without thinking about them, like a lullaby, or a mantra, "there is nothing here, i am nothing, only my consciousness." The biggest, BIGGEST fucking ''obstacle'' to entering the void is the mind constantly checking from behind like "oof did i get in? Ahha, i think i did! Lemme see if the darkness has deepened????" The moment you check, your ego and analytical brain take over this is the exact opposite of the void. You should have no expectations at the moment of entry. Instead of "trying to enter" the void, you should assume that it is already there. When you mentally reach it, a wave of silence suddenly erupts, and everything darkens. At that moment, you don't need to ask "did it happen?", you already know. 😵💫
Aaaand, how to not fall asleep. Big question. Normally, to fall asleep, to ''focus'', you leave your mind blank. For void, however,, you need to put your body to sleep while keeping your mind on the edge. I'll try to list some of the ''techniques'', u can choose one of them kike in my previous posts. Mental looping (ACTUALLY reminded me of one of these ancient teachings but i dont recall the name). If u just count 1, 2, 3, 4... your brain will find it monotonous and fall asleep. try to insert words in it like (i think ive already suggested this for an adhd person to prevent boredom and dozing off) "1, im in void…2, im in void…3, im in void…" or repeat your intention with each count. This keeps ur brain wakeful n alert. Orrr, imagine a hella simple, geometric shape in the darkness in front of you (for ex, a glowing blue sphere). Watch that sphere rotate, grow, and shrink. Focusing ur mind on this single point blocks the signals lead to dreaming (like drifting off). and lastly, you drift off to sleep, bizarre images start flashing before your eyes (hypnagogique state) and the sound of the podcast in the background changes. That's the moment of drifting off. Well, try not to get caught up in those images, observe from the outside like a movie. Say to yourself, "yea, my brain has just started producing dreams, im watching it."
Well, what i suggest?
Make ur room dim. If ur comitting this during morning, do it pretty dark. (cause, ofc, don't let morning light trigger cortisol release). Lie flat on your back (supine position again our helper). Turn on that monotonous podcast in the background and keep the volume at the limit. Close ur eyes and start practicing the sleep defying tactic you chose above. After a while, your body will sense sleepiness and test you like, (just like the sleep paralysis sympyoms) your nose will itch, you'll want to swallow, your leg will twitch. Try not to move, (I'm not gonna say NEVERRR, normally while active shifting, you can. dont stress yourself. but you gotta stay non distracted.) don't even open your eyes. Watch those urges like a cloud and let them pass!!! Once ur body passes ''the tests'', it gives up. You will feel your body incredibly heavy, numb, or as if you are sinking into the bed. You may experience a ringing, buzzing, or a wave of vibrations in ur ears. Congratsss, your body has fallen asleep and the paralysis mechanism has kicked in. THE breaking point. The moment youre sure your bodys locked, completely abandon your tactic of not falling asleep and listening to the podcast in the background. You no longer have any connection with that sound, that body, or that room.
Completely let yourself fall freely backward, (mentally, lmao) into that endless dark void in front of ur eyes. Completely stop analyzing, stop thinking, "yo did it happen?" Just savor the feeling of falling. Followin the feeling of falling, everything will suddenly cut off like a knife. The sound of the podcast (or anyhting else, whatever u were listening to) will fade away to the point of being inaudible or disappear completely. Youll feel an immense silence, weightlessness, and profound peace. You have no body, youre not lying in a bed, youre just pure consciousness. You are the Void. Once you reach the void, there is no doubt left. Since all resistance from the physical world is neutralized, apply LOA in its purest form, merely assume that ur desire has already been fulfilled, or that youre in the reality you wish to shift to, and remain in that feeling. How I entered the void in less than 5 minutes last night (If someone doesn’t shift with this, I’ll scream)
I wouldn’t be sharing this and putting myself at risk of sounding like a lunatic who posted one method, and is now posting yet another version of it, if I didn’t have a reason for it. Idk, gut feelings are hard to explain (I’m aware I sound insane right now)
But I’ve never been more excited to share something in my life, sooo that might attest to something.
This will work for everyone in some way. And I’ve never been more certain of anything ever. (Except for the time I pspspsps’d at a black kitty on the sidealk at night, which ended up being a trash bag, and I found out I had horrible eyesight—but that’s not the point here).
This isn’t anything brand new. It’s like my method people have been seeing results with, but stripped down to its bones. Simplified to the core, which I’ve learned actually makes it more effective.
(unless you’re someone who prefers something detailed and objective, then yeah, stick to my main method and ignore this)
This doesn’t care about your beliefs. Doesn’t care about your identity, your self-concept, your doubts, your contradictions. It doesn’t matter if you’re into non-duality, law of assumption, law of attraction, or don’t even have a belief system. This method does not give a single shit. And I say that with confidence, because when this worked for me last night, I was crying. Genuinely, majorly depressed. Everything I usually cling to, all my beliefs about shifting and consciousness and the nature of reality—I wasn’t mulling over any of it. I was flat out over existence itself, and it still worked.
The set-up:
• First, understand something: The screen of space you’re looking at right now—even if your eyes are closed—is the same screen where your DR, CR, the void, your dreams… all of it… will appear. That’s your canvas. Always.
• This works best with WBTB (wake back to bed), so set an alarm for about 3 hours after you fall asleep. You want to wake up just tired enough that going back to sleep is easy, but you’ll still have some control. (You can also do this as you’re going to bed, but it was 3 AM for me after I had woken up,,, so do with that info what you want).
• Now, get this into your head: You’re not entering the void or shifting from a place of calm or confidence. You’re doing it from pure exhaustion. You’re doing it from “fuck this shit, I’m doing it anyway.”
You can doubt. You can feel like shit. But the attitude that follows is “fuck it.” You’re tired of trying, and tired of being on this journey. So you’re just gonna do it. Fuck it.
What to do:
• Lie on your back. (I personally like my back, but I’ve done it on my side too, and it still works. Doesn’t matter. Don’t overthink it. This doesn’t matter)
• You can move. Just don’t care that you moved. After the next step, you won’t even be paying attention to your body anyway, and it’ll go numb naturally,, so the idea here is “fuck it, this doesn’t matter.”
• Now: Notice the black behind your eyes. Just that. The blackness. Don’t try to notice your awareness yet. Just focus on the black. Look at it. Really look at it. LOOK. Keep choosing to look at it again and again. Widen your eyes over and over again, and keep refocusing on it. This will keep you alert, but you’re not forcing yourself to stay alert, got it? It happens naturally, because you’re reeeeally looking at the black behind your eyes.
• Your body’s gonna want to fall asleep. Don’t fight it, don’t care about it, because the fact that you’re looking at the black behind your eyes will naturally keep you from falling asleep.
• You keep your mind locked on that black space, almost like you’re watching a movie screen, but nothing’s playing yet. What happens? You’ll keep wanting to fall asleep—but widening your eyes and choosing to watch the black will keep waking you up. You’ll be in this liminal place going: “Fuck it. Fuck it. Fuck it. I’m doing this. Fuck it. Don’t care.”
(What I mean by “widening your eyes” even though they’re closed is: when your eyes are closed, don’t let them go slack like they do when you're falling asleep. Keep them wide and alert, like you're trying to watch something in the dark. You're not tensing them, just holding that sense of openness, like you're staring through your eyelids).
• What happens next: Suddenly you’ll feel your awareness. You’re just awareness now. Naturally. You didn’t right off the bat try to pay attention to your awareness,, you just realized that you are it. Why? Because when you feel confined to that black space behind your eyelids like a coffin, with nothing else around you, there’s nowhere else to run to other than your awareness. Your body will be numb, and your surroundings distant, irrelevant. And you’ll think: “Wait… I’m just my awareness.”
• And then your brain might do what it always does: “Oh no. What if I’m overthinking? What if I’m messing it up?” And you remind yourself: “I’m literally awareness. I can overthink if I want. I’m awareness goddamnit. Fuck it.”
• You’ll start switching—back and forth—between two things (because there’s nowhere to run to):
1. Looking at the black behind your eyelids
2. Noticing your awareness itself
Keep flipping between the two like you’re flickering the lights on and off in a room, but don’t force this. You’ll look at the fact that you simply are, and you'll look at the black,, and you’ll think: “damn?? I’m just my awareness.”
• Then you’ll start to sink. You’ll feel the pull as hypnagogia grabs your hand and says “so where are we going, bestie?” From here, you can either:
A) Keep going as you feel yourself sink, and you’ll fall straight into the void state effortlessly.
B) As you feel yourself sink, you can choose to lucid dream, astral project, or just plain shift from here. To shift: affirm, assume, observe, do whatever you want. The way I shared that I like to do this is by observing my awareness in my DR, observing the fact that I’m aware there (just pretend you’re there, no need to try too hard).
The point is: whatever happens next, if it happens very very quickly, don’t panic.
Just to note:
If this somehow doesn’t work for you—though I genuinely believe it will work for someone—just know the reason I share so many things is because I deeply believe everyone needs different things. The core of shifting stays the same to me:
You are only awareness, and you observe your desired reality until all other options collapse.
But how you get into that is wildly personal. What works for me might not click for you, just like what works for you might not click for me, and that’s fine.
That’s why I keep offering options—not to confuse you, not to invalidate anything I’ve said before, but to give you more pathways of realizing how powerful you already are. If one method feels off, try another. My main method is still my go-to: observe my awareness in my DR, exist there, decide I’m there because where else would I be??—but I love giving variety because maybe this next one might be the one that opens it all up for you.
Edit: (this just came to mind) don’t place a time expectation on any method. This one worked in less than 5 minutes for me, but the next time I try it, it could happen in 10, maybe 20. I don’t know. So if you try this, and it doesn’t immediately work in the way you expect it to, take a deep breath and keep trying, because eventually something has to happen. Trust me.
the relationship between the ego, doubts, and awareness
a lot of shifting exercises consist of letting go of the ego, correct?
well lets think about that. you've (probably) heard the term 'ego'. but have you really, truly, internalized what that means?
the ego is everything. literally, everything. it is literally every single thing you have ever known. about yourself, about this reality, your thought processes and patterns, literally everything.
however, what the ego doesn't come in comparison to, is awareness.
awareness can exist with the ego, but the ego physically cannot exist without awareness. if you've taken a psychology, biology, statistics (hell literally any stem class) you know that the dependent variable is entirely reliant on the independent variable. the independent variable is unchanging & secure. the dependent variable's outcome is literally defined by the manipulation of the independent variable.
awareness/being ----> independent, unchanging variable
ego/your body ----> dependent variable
i want you to think of a thought. or, predict your next thought.
its weird right? if you deliberately become aware of your thoughts, there's an odd sense of detachment. why does it feel that way? because it doesn't feel like you anymore. at that point, its just something you're observing. the ego.
you think that you're a fish swimming in the ocean in your aquamarine world and you can never escape because your fate is just to die, but you aren't. because you're actually not a fish, and you aren't in the ocean. you're actually in an aquarium observing said fish. and if u want, you can walk away from the fish tank simply because you wish to observe the dolphins instead.
every single doubt you have ever, EVER had, only stems from the ego. because think about it, how would awareness even form a thought, let alone a doubt? it only observes, never internalizes.
every doubt you have had about shifting or anything else, whether you like it or not, came from the ego attached to this reality. here's an example.
thought: "wow, I really dont think I can shift."
source that you unconsciously internalized: a tiktok you watched back in 2021 saying you will never be able to shift if you don't feel symptoms (this isn't even true btw..)
u might be thinking '"fawn literally wtf are u on about omg why would something from 5 years ago affect me today??"
everything is in your subconscious, and like it or not a lot of stuff stems from the unconscious mind. next time you think of a negative thought, catch it, and blow it out through your mouth!! detach from your limiting ego!!!
