things to realize before you shift again
1. you are not shifting anywhere, just remembering.
experiencing something and remembering where you are. when you script something new, youâre just remembering how things are down to the last detail. the scenarios you want to add were never made up, just memories youâve already experienced. and your dr daydreams arenât random either, just small glimpses into that life.
2. know that youâve shifted before.
if shifting is so easy, wouldnât that mean itâs so effortless itâs already happened? the answer is absolutely. instead of doubting yourself and thinking âwhat if I donât shift at all?â turn it into âIâve done it before, whatâs stopping me now?â
your dr is your movie. even if you forget things that youâve scripted, it wonât affect your dr. itâs just like watching a movie that that you havenât seen in a while. you forgot about a detail, but itâs always been there. you may not remember every day, but the scenes stay the same. the plot stays the same. the people stay the same. your script is no different than that. open your eyes and watch the movie.
use a sleep method. thereâs nothing wrong with that either, and it works. if trying to affirm that youâll open your eyes and find yourself in your dr seems too much at the moment, affirm to yourself that you will shift when you fall asleep. while falling asleep, visualize. you can still use affirmations during this time, of course.
5. your identity creates your own experience.
when it comes to shifting, who are you? are you a person that worries? a person that over complicates? that overthinks? that doubts? all of these concerns are normal. but theyâre not normal if you let them consume you. people say shifting is so easy because it just is. a desired reality is called that because itâs something you want to get to, right? donât be the person that thinks of it that way. if you want to get to it it means you donât have it. when you already do. affirm that you donât desire it anymore and youâll have it right in front of you.
