things to realize before you shift again
1. you are not shifting anywhere, just remembering.
experiencing something and remembering where you are. when you script something new, you’re just remembering how things are down to the last detail. the scenarios you want to add were never made up, just memories you’ve already experienced. and your dr daydreams aren’t random either, just small glimpses into that life.
2. know that you’ve shifted before.
if shifting is so easy, wouldn’t that mean it’s so effortless it’s already happened? the answer is absolutely. instead of doubting yourself and thinking “what if I don’t shift at all?” turn it into “I’ve done it before, what’s stopping me now?”
your dr is your movie. even if you forget things that you’ve scripted, it won’t affect your dr. it’s just like watching a movie that that you haven’t seen in a while. you forgot about a detail, but it’s always been there. you may not remember every day, but the scenes stay the same. the plot stays the same. the people stay the same. your script is no different than that. open your eyes and watch the movie.
use a sleep method. there’s nothing wrong with that either, and it works. if trying to affirm that you’ll open your eyes and find yourself in your dr seems too much at the moment, affirm to yourself that you will shift when you fall asleep. while falling asleep, visualize. you can still use affirmations during this time, of course.
5. your identity creates your own experience.
when it comes to shifting, who are you? are you a person that worries? a person that over complicates? that overthinks? that doubts? all of these concerns are normal. but they’re not normal if you let them consume you. people say shifting is so easy because it just is. a desired reality is called that because it’s something you want to get to, right? don’t be the person that thinks of it that way. if you want to get to it it means you don’t have it. when you already do. affirm that you don’t desire it anymore and you’ll have it right in front of you.
