As far as passing goes, a lot of that for me is wardrobe and confidence in my own gender, but honestly even with a full beard and short hair and a deeper voice, I still get misgendered on occasion. I think as time goes on it gets easier to just let it roll off your back, although it still does suck. but the more comfortable you are in your own skin and with your own gender presentation, the less other people's opinion of you matters.

I know some guys have gotten acne from T, it is not an uncommon side effect, but generally it does tend to even out after your first year or so. I personally didnt get any more facial acne than I had before, although i did get a little chest acne. I would say if T is something you really want, dont let acne stop you! plenty of cis guys have it, it's a normal part of puberty (including second puberty through HRT) and imo the results of being on T are absolutely worth looking like a teenage boy for a while 🫡 hope this helps
