|| Make your workouts FUN! ||🙌💦I'm all about making workouts fun, and today I was put through my paces with a STRONGMAN WORKOUT!!! Personally I think it should be named strong woman so actually… a STRONGWOMAN WORKOUT! Woo!😜 _________________ I absolutely loved it! I had to spend 5 minutes at each of these stations working as hard as I could for 30 seconds before having a 1 minute rest… SWEATY, and ooo it got my legs going! ➡️Reverse sled drags ➡️Med ball slams ➡️Tyre flips and jump throughs ➡️Bear Crawls ➡️Prowler pushes __________________ I LOVED IT & really did have so much fun!💕😊 If you have access to equipment like this, I would highly recommend giving it a go!
