November 2024 - December 2025
A solid year of training! Proud of my new action star bod! My relationship with food has been a lot healthier in 2025; I really only had a few small wobbles there. I'm the fittest and strongest I've ever been! Time to take it easy for a few weeks over Christmas and then start trimming for red carpet season!
Personal Gym Lessons from 2025:
Deadlifts are so good for my posture, 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps on a medium weight has me walking tall and activates my whole posterior chain!
Upright EZ Bar rows build boulder shoulders
Swordfighting is amazing cardio
Running more than 4 miles at a time gives me shin splints. Wanna push to five in the New Year!
Curls curls curls! I like them better with dumbbells than on the machine, idk
Pec flies for poggers booba
Lat pulldowns 3-4 sets on 10-15 reps and a medium weight (or pyramiding the weight) gives me juuuust a little flare in the upper back that can make the waist look snatched, love it!
Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym
