Ingredients: 1 cup spinach. 1/2 cup kale. 1/2 banana. 1/2 apple, chopped. 1/4 avocado. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Avocado, Greek yogurt, apple, banana, spinach, and kale should all be put into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. To finish the blend, add the honey and chia seeds.
