Perks of a Southern school: study for your next exam poolside

Hello Dear Friends! I have decided to end my hiatus from my blog after successfully completing my first year at Emory University! I will be posting some updates from my year over the next couple of days but for now here is a documentation of a quiet moment reading in my hammock on a Friday afternoon.

After much flying about to decide, I’m finally headed to college....Emory University! While I was in Georgia I had to pop by the paper source as well

Hoping if I crank through my orgo now, I’ll be freed up when the sun finally decides to come out

Microeconomics notes done, and a trip to the salon!

Its going to be a very busy week, but I started it off with Organic Chem and a kitty teapot!

With the Bio subject test behind me I venture into chemistry, while trying desperately not to get sick!

Sunday morning Chem 1 note revision in preparation for Chem 2 starting on Wednesday!

Done applying to college. Done first semester of senior year. Planning for the final stretch!

So it’s finals week and everything sucks, and then I came home to a birthday package from my grandmother with a huge leather purse and a stuffed sloth, and now all is right in the world

[5/100] days of productivity...sometimes you’re just so busy and so overwhelmed and then you power through and start to feel a little better!

Last days train ride to Smith college, to interview and visit my friend!

[3/100] days of productivity: Afternoon studying with friends for the biology SAT II at the Middlebury College library

Super happy with my APWorld notes, and that I’m almost finished with my application to Johns Hopkins!

[1/100] days of productivity...Working on AP World notes about 13th century China, and enjoying some mint tea from my favorite dragonfly pitcher
