Every premed experience should have a purpose: growth or income #shorts
This video breaks down why having that mindset matters and how to approach your premed journey more purposefully.
Every premed experience should have a purpose—either growth or income. Whether it’s scribing, shadowing, working in a lab, or volunteering, your time should be helping you develop or be financially valuable. If neither is happening, it’s worth rethinking why you’re there. Growth doesn’t happen just because you show up. You have to be intentional about what you’re learning and how you’re improving in every experience you take on.
You should always be asking: → How am I being challenged here? → What am I learning? → What am I doing outside of the official responsibilities to level up?
