By Vindication one must hear defense, justification, justice, proof. This group of young philanthropists is united to end poverty and suffering in Africa, by tackling different areas that are key points.
Music is their God given gift. Education & Agriculture are where Africa should increase efforts. They are here to take the lead and pave the way.
VINDICATION is a Cameroonian Music Group, who’s leader is named M.O.
He is the newest reggae dancehall act in the country. He says that he is here to reshape the Cameroon music industry and that young Cameroon singers today don’t have foundation in what they do: they excite the youths of today but fail to give them direction. ‘They need to learn how to make music more openly so that our culture can be exported’.
Members of Vindication are bound by one goal: uplifting and bringing a special touch to the African Music Industry, by inspiring and pushing the youths to elevate, surpass and educate themselves.
As young artists, our movement is a humanitarian action cadenced by reggae/rap, dancehall and other rhythms, with powerful lyrics to help ease suffering in deprived communities of the world. Indeed, we want to push youths worldwide to nurture their God given gifts with purpose and direction.
What we sing about is practicalized in our day-to-day life.
Young people today grow listening to music without understanding what artists are truly trying to express or focus on music as being a way to ease-off or to escape, but not as being inspirational. With a variety of genres like reggae, Dancehall, hip-hop, rap, we bring strong inspirational messages. Deeper than Music, the Vindication movement is immersed in humanitarian actions. The members give their time, skills & hearts in elevating the youth in Africa.
Originating from the Southwest region of Cameroon, for most of them, they spend their time studying their community and implementing actions to provoke change: from writing educational books, animating holiday club programs, to giving motivational talks in schools in order to sensitizing the youths about volunteering. They implement confidence building and youth development programs like the first Youth Education Employment Support Services in the region (YEESS), they do so much more.
The reggae/Dancehall rapper MO says young people should diversify into farming, and modernize the sector, for it is the future of Africa. He has just purchased a few hectares to farm the super plant called Moringa and he is feeding local markets. He says there is a forecast to meet up with the international market and he plans to open a field of over 500 hectares by 2025.
