I’ve been looking at the numbers you post and it’s actually pretty obvious why you’re not exploding faster right now. You’re eating around 4,500 to 5,000 calories on average, sometimes higher on your big days, but your job is burning close to 1,000 active calories most days. That’s eating up a lot of your surplus before it can turn into fat.
If you ever stopped working on your feet and had a more sedentary life, that would change things quite a bit. Your active energy would drop hard probably down to 300-500 calories on a normal day. That alone would lower your total daily burn by 500-700 calories. So suddenly those 4,500–5,000 calories would start turning into soft, jiggly fat a lot quicker. And we both know you wouldn’t stay at that level for long. Once you’re sitting around all day with easy access to food and less exhaustion from work, you’d probably start pushing toward 6,000, 7,000, even 8–10k on some days without even thinking about it.
At 6,000 calories you’d be in a 2,500-3,000 calorie surplus every single day. That’s 5-6 lbs a week when things are really rolling. At 8-10k you’re looking at even more aggressive numbers while your body can handle it. Your TDEE would keep dropping as you get bigger and move less, while your eating would likely keep climbing because you’re sitting around with constant access to food.
After six months you could realistically be 60-100 lbs heavier if you lean into it hard, sitting somewhere between 365-405. After a full year? 120-180+ lbs heavier is very doable with consistent high calories pushing you toward 425-485 and still gaining. Your belly would be this massive, pillowy, hanging thing, so soft and drapey it would rest heavily on your lap the second you sit down, with thick, cushiony layers that wobble and quiver. Your moobs would be big, floppy, and super soft, your sides would have deep, squeezable rolls of warm fat, your ass would be huge and cushiony, spreading out wide, your thighs would be thick pillows that constantly press together, and your fat pad would be so plush and deep that everything underneath would be hidden in soft fat.
The heavier and softer you get, the less you’d move, which means you’d gain even faster in this perfect cycle. You’d be waddling more, getting out of breath easier, struggling with normal spaces, but still stuffing yourself because you can’t stop.
We all know how much you love being this size and we just need to get you there faster. I bet you’re getting horny just reading this.
I love when people get into the numbers like this. I have been tracking my weight and measurements for years now and it is so exciting seeing those differences and using them to imagine where I am going.
Not sure if you are the same person that just asked me if work is holding me back, but when you look at the numbers like this it makes it pretty obvious. Just think what we could do if I wasn’t so restricted. The thought of what could happen if I had a more sedentary life really gets me going. The idea of dropping my burns pushing my intake up and watching the scale climb week on week 🥵 It is so nice to fantasise about just giving up my job and finding a way to stay at home and eat all day. But job security is important especially at the moment so it would need to be the perfect opportunity, what I would give to be able to focus on this completely. I would be unrecognisable within months. Hell, I would probably need a new sofa. The thought of the rolls growing any my body spilling out further is hot as fuck 🥵
I always feel best when my weight is climbing quickly. When I take a week off work I can sometimes put on 10lbs. Some of that will be water weight, but much of it sticks until I get back to the steps. God I need to be growing like this watching my body expand and take up more space, growing and softening to the point that even the version of me now looks like a skinny time in my life. I would be such a massive pig.
