watched this for the first time last night. i have nothing else.

i love love loveeee sharks and shark week i have watched it every year since i was a baby but it’s losing it’s spark. it used to be about showing sharks are misunderstood and teaching people about the apex predators that are really just little guys trying to do their own thing. shark week now SEEMS to be more attention grabby and monetized than about actual information and it makes me sad :( i fear i am a bigger fan of nat geo’s shark fest because there’s a lot of actually information there whereas discovery’s shark week is just shark themed bits. again, no shade, i love shark week and i do enjoy the newer shows with it, but also bring back the actual information!
