Junk Food Vegan

Local indian food! Chole Aloo, rajma, and brown rice.

All of these products are absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend anything here for new or veteran vegans all around. I don’t go to Trader Joe’s very often but when I do it’s definitely worth it!

The burger was a bit plain but with more toppings and goodness wouldve been loads better. The fries were seasoned to perfection! I also got a side of chips and avocado black bean salsa which was amazing. Will definitely be going back there soon for more fries!

There are by far the best vegan muffins I’ve ever had!! They taste so real and are great for school lunches.

Some other great options I like to get are Tacos! All you have to do is sub the meat in them for some beans/rice  and add all the toppings you want (be sure to ask for no cheese!)! Anything at the store can be made fresco!  Which means taking all the dairy products (and sadly guac out) out and adding some delicious Pico de Gallo! They also have protein bowls and tostadas that make a great meal even better! 

Got some vegan apple pie with weekend at wholefoods Market as well as some Nadamoo Vanilla ice cream! 

Veggie pizza! I’m not a huge fan of veggies on pizza but this was sooo good! It has olives, peppers, tomatoes, artichokes, zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, onions, garlic powder, and mushrooms! The full works! Very happy with how it turned out.

Homemade pesto!! •• All you need is basil, spinach (optional), salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, and some pine nuts! Super yummy on all kinds of things. I love it on pasta and for dipping in bread 😋

Some yummy pasta for tonight’s dinner. Made with some tofurky Italian sausage, vegan butter, garlic, and freshly grown basil. I also love to add beans to this dish! Adding that extra protein is great. 

A trip to whole foods today! Got some roasted potatoes, yuca fries, and some maple oatmeal topped with blueberries, strawberries, and some veg. yogurt! (kitehill brand) Sooo good! 

Jerk Tofu! Today I was at the boardwalk and saw this Jamaican place. I stopped in just to see what they had and they had vegan options! Only $11 for the entire box!! You chose your meat and two sides so I picked beans and rice, a dill slaw, and obviously tofu! Super delicious. I was not expecting such a great treat here at the beach. ☀️
