last night I made apple pie for the first time, using the apples from our tree out back and just winging the recipe entirely (+a frozen premade crust)
the result was the greatest dessert I've ever made and the pie that made me like apple pie
I'm so excited y'all I love cooking so much
(I think the secret ingredient was the cardamom but I'll try to sus out a one pie version of the recipe vs the very large batch I made before I post it!)
Despite my blog’s name being in reference to pie I really dislike the food for the most part. Anything other than Apple pie is a no go for me.
