I recently reread and kinda got the vibes that they also have an age gap relationship, and if that's correct, why is Mina more bothered with PennyxHaden's age gap than CaraxJax's?
yes, they do have an age gap! a bigger one than Penny and Haden actually (about 18 years).
the reason Mina is more bothered with Penny and Haden is because she is there to witness it growing and it starts when Penny is a teenager.
Cara was in her early twenties when her and Jax's relationship started, and they are already together by the time they meet the rest of the gang. Mina is entitled to her feelings and judgements, but she knows she can't really say anything about it because it's none of her business.
but to Mina, Penny is her business. and it's not that she doesn't like or trust Haden, it's more so that she was also Penny's age once and doesn't want her to risk heartbreak by giving everything to the only man she's ever really known.
