what loa is: "assume you have it and you have it".

but you obviously you already know that. now what??

001. decide what you want. let's use perfect skin as an example. you want your skin to be clear, moisturised and smooth. be specific

002. say you have it. in your mind, out loud, write it somewhere, doesn't matter.

"I have perfect skin" — wow, you've made an assumption, good job!!

003. persist. you know what's true now — you have perfect skin — and stick to it.

looked in a mirror and saw a pimple? no you didn't, your skin is perfect, you dgaf.

wonder if it's working? it already worked, you don't have to worry.

someone pointed out your skin looks worse? it's a lie, your skin is perfect.

catch yourself thinking 'my skin is so bad today'? remind yourself it's not true, your skin is perfect.

just like that. get used to changing your thoughts into your affirmations.

004. well, that's basically it. just a few words on methods:

affirming — basically thinking, so that's useful;

sats — good if you struggle to accept everything is that easy and it can be real;

list — perfect if you have a lot of things you wanna manifest! affirm you have everything from your list.

anything works if you say so and if you like it. manifesting is easy and fun. remember that. don't overcomplicate things, don't overthink.

so i know it’s been a long while since i posted a long little shifting help post but that’s because i been doing what i want! however, to this day i still get dms and comments asking why people aren’t shifting even though they’ve been using the law of assumption for x amount of months.

and it’s my personal belief that one of the biggest reasons is because while you’re using the law of assumption, you’re not using it to create your new reality but to cling to your old story.

you still haven’t moved past it. you still carry resentment. whether that be toward yourself for “failing,” toward time, toward other shifters who’ve gotten their results or led you “astray.” even toward shifting itself because it hasn’t happened in the way you’ve wanted it to yet.

you can’t make your new story click because underneath them are the assumptions: “i’ve been trying forever.” “i’m still here.” “why isn’t it working?” “i always end up waking up here.”

that is your story. that is what you’re actually identifying with. and every time you repeat it, you’re just giving it a stronger hold.

you try to start over and overwrite it, but the second something doesn’t go your way, you immediately return to the old story because it’s familiar to you. because it feels like home.

and your new story feels unnatural because you haven’t let yourself live there yet. you haven’t taken the time to heal the damage your old story dealt. it’s like placing brick over mold, thinking that simply covering it will take away the stench.

it doesn’t.

and before somebody says “but i’m saturating my mind with my new story x amount of times a day!” i’m not talking about repetition. i’m talking about identity.

who are you when you’re not affirming?

are you someone who micromanages your thoughts? always anxious about thinking the right things? always searching for a new method or direction? can never live in your present state for long without reverting back to something negative?

if so, it’s probably because you haven’t forgiven yourself yet.

a lot of you are trying to control every thought because you don’t trust yourself anymore. you think if you loosen your grip for even a second you’ll undo all your progress. but ask yourself why.

it’s because you’re still identifying with the version of you that “didn’t know better.” the version that spiraled. the version that thought drinking a gallon of water would be the key. the version that thought moving an inch could ruin everything.

you haven’t realized that person doesn’t need to be protected anymore.

that’s why you keep trying to control everything. control feels safe because if you’re always watching yourself, maybe you’ll never become that version of you again.

but conscious creation isn’t about controlling yourself every second of every day. it’s about trusting the identity you’ve chosen enough that you can free your thoughts. even if they’re negative. because you know, deep down, that they don’t matter.

so forgive yourself. that’s it.

forgive yourself for not knowing what you know now. forgive yourself for the months or years you spent feeling stuck. forgive yourself for every time you doubted yourself.

stop treating yourself like a lost cause.

stop trying to fight your old story and simply let it be old.

your past is not evidence. stop living like it is. choose the version of you that you know yourself to be. you don’t owe your old story loyalty just because you’ve spent a long time living it.

it’s served its purpose. now let it go.

that way when reality asks you: “who are you?”

For a lot of you the way to have the best summer ever is actually way more simple than you think it is. It is not about finding some huge opportunity, it is not about traveling to the other side of the world, and it definitely is not about waiting for the perfect moment to suddenly appear in front of you. The biggest thing I am seeing here is simply saying yes a little more often. Not to everything of course, but to things that are actually available to you already. I keep seeing friends around you, invitations, people asking if you want to come along somewhere, people texting you last minute asking if you want to join them, and your first instinct is often to say no. Not because you do not want to go necessarily, but because it feels easier. It feels safer. Maybe you are tired, maybe you are nervous, maybe you are worried you will not fit in, maybe you think it will end up being boring anyway. But for a lot of you that is exactly what is standing between you and the summer you actually want. There is a very strong energy here of adventures happening completely by accident. Not because someone planned them months in advance, but because someone randomly asked if you wanted to come and you said yes. It feels like one thing leads to another. You go somewhere you normally would not have gone then meet someone new, then hear about another event, then end up somewhere completely different than where you expected. It is almost like a domino effect. One small decision creates ten more opportunities after it. The thing is though, I do not want you to misunderstand this message. This is not telling you to ignore your boundaries or put yourself in situations that genuinely make you uncomfortable. If something feels unsafe, if something goes against your values, if something is way too much for you personally, then obviously do not do it. You do not need to force yourself into situations that make you miserable just because you think you are supposed to be adventurous. What I am talking about is the things that scare you for no real reason. The things where the worst case scenario is honestly just that you do not enjoy yourself that much. Going to a party where you only know one person. Joining friends on a day trip, trying a hobby you have never done before. Going somewhere when normally you would stay home. Things like that. The cards really seem to be saying that your comfort zone has become a little too comfortable.

Pile 2

This is going to be about one thing only, and it is going to sound straight up stupid. It is going to sound like something your parents would tell you, or your grandparents, or some random person online who thinks phones are ruining the world. But honestly, you need to go outside more this summer. Not because your phone is bad, not because technology is bad, and definitely not because you need to suddenly become some nature loving person who hikes mountains every weekend. You do not. That is not what this pile is saying at all. In fact, for many of you it almost feels difficult to go outside lately. Not because there is some actual obstacle stopping you, but because you have gotten so used to staying inside that leaving the house feels like way more effort than it actually is. You think about going somewhere, but then you sit down for a second and suddenly two hours passed. Then you think maybe tomorrow instead. Then tomorrow comes and the exact same thing happens again. Your best summer is not going to come from doing something huge. It is not going to come from finding the perfect friend group, having a summer romance, going on some expensive holiday, or having every single day planned out. In fact, I think many of you are putting too much pressure on yourselves to have an amazing summer. You think there has to be some big event that makes it memorable. There does not. For many of you this summer becomes memorable because you were actually present for it. You go outside. You sit somewhere. You walk somewhere. You spend time with your friends. You spend time alone. You watch things happen around you instead of constantly watching things happen through a screen. And I know that sounds incredibly obvious but it is genuinely what I am getting. Because some of you are waiting for life to begin. You are scrolling and scrolling and scrolling waiting until something interesting happens to you. Meanwhile life is already happening. It is happening outside. It is happening while you are walking somewhere with no destination. It is happening while you are sitting in the grass talking to a friend about absolutely nothing important. Those are the moments that become memories later. And I do not even think spirit is telling you to stop using your phone. Honestly I think some of you took one look at this message and immediately got annoyed because you thought this was going to be one of those "delete all social media and become one with nature" speeches. It is not. Bring your phone with you. Listen to music. Take photos. Text your friends. Do whatever. Just do it outside sometimes. Because there is something here about remembering how slowly time can pass when you are actually experiencing it. When you are sitting online all day time weirdly disappears. You look up and suddenly it is evening. But when you spend an afternoon outside, even if you did almost nothing, it feels longer. It feels fuller somehow.

Honestly, your best summer ever is not going to come from some big plan you make for yourself, nor is it going to come from writing down an insane amount of goals and forcing yourself to complete every single one before august ends. It is not going to come from trying to become a whole different person either. What would actually make this your best summer ever is doing whatever you feel like doing at any given moment. Which sounds very simple, but it is something you do not really allow yourself to do often. Because I think you spend a lot of time wondering if something is worth it before you actually do it. You think about whether it will be fun enough, whether it will be productive enough, whether it is the right choice. But your cards are very much saying that this summer the right choice is simply whatever feels right in the moment. If a friend asks you to go somewhere and your first instinct is yes, go. If your family invites you somewhere and your first instinct is yes, go. If you suddenly wake up one morning and decide you want to spend the entire day outside walking around, go do that too. There is something about following your instincts this summer that is going to lead you exactly where you need to be. And the funny thing is that I do not even think the events themselves are what matter most. It is more the fact that you allowed yourself to go. You allowed yourself to participate. You allowed yourself to stop overthinking every little thing and just experience life as it came. I also feel like some of you have this idea that your best summer has to look impressive. Like there needs to be a story attached to it. There needs to be some huge adventure or life changing event. But honestly I do not think that is true for you. I think some of your happiest moments this summer are going to be extremely small. Sitting outside when the weather is nice. Going to get a drink somewhere. Walking through a nearby park. Going to the sea for no reason other than the fact you wanted to. For you it is enjoyment over achievement, experiences over planning, and following your own wants over trying to create the perfect summer.

ৎ୭ the first step! writing affirmations! Now this is pretty easy tbh and there's a lot of wiggle room to do it how you want! Personally I find it works better to be as detailed as possible-but for some the simpler ones work better so its up to you!

ৎ୭ Now you can write however many you want! personally I wrote around 40! But like I said before its really up to you and what works best for you

ৎ୭ now these is where a lot of you guys are gonna not wanna do (but this is optional!! though I HIGHLY recommend it) and that is to make your own subliminal!!

ৎ୭ making a sub is pretty easy! basically you write your affirmations on any video editing software (I use clipchamp) and either record yourself or use text to speech (for a more robotic and evenly toned sound) after that you lower the sound to around 22% and speed it up to around 2x!

ৎ୭ after you have your newly recorded affirmations simply layer sound over the top of it! I like to use calming noises like rain or white-noise!!

ৎ୭ AND BOOM YOUR DONE! then you download it or upload it to sound-cloud OR if you dm me it I can upload it on my podcast! so you can listen to it and loop it.

ৎ୭ NOW if you don't want to make a sub (BOOOO) lowkey just read over and repeat your affirmations to yourself or find a sub on youtube!

ৎ୭ now the fun part! make a playlist! add songs that remind you of your partner! maybe songs that represent your dynamic or scenarios you've made in your cute little brain!

ৎ୭ after you've made a playlist just listen to it throughout your day! Visualize yourself with your s/o, picture them with you-what you guys would be like together and so on!

ৎ୭ make sure not to think of this as something that 'could' happen, because it WILL happen and you've literally already got it? like what are we even TALKING about guys

hello angels !!🕊️💗 you’ve probably heard me talk about “saturating your mind” with your desires, so this post intends to detail WHAT it is, HOW to apply it, and WHY it’s such an effective practice.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ 🪐 WHAT’S A SATURATION SESSION?

a saturation session is a period of time set aside where you flood your subconscious with your desired reality as if you were living in it NOW (not seeing it as some faraway goal to get to): affirmations, sounds, images, subliminals, feelings. it can be short or long, and it trains your brain to see your desires as normal and inevitable.

think of it like brushing your teeth or taking a shower…but for your self-concept! it’s the maintenance of your self-concept and subconscious, which create your reality 🫧

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ 🌸 WHY IT WORKS

repetition + spaced intervals: the subconscious learns fastest when it hears/feels the same thing at regular intervals, not just once a day.

multi-modal input: combining affirmations, visualization, and/or subliminals hits different “channels” of your mind.

state change: when saturating your mind in the morning/evening (in that period where you’re just waking up or unwinding to fall asleep), you drop into a relaxed, receptive state (theta-ish) for a few minutes, which makes your new identity “stick” faster.

identity anchoring: you’re rehearsing your desired self so often that it becomes second nature: your nervous system calms down and accepts it as your baseline.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ 🌷 HOW TO DO IT

PICK one (or combine a few!):

🎧 listen to a subliminal or affirmation tape you’ve made/like.

📜 read or loop affirmations for your current manifestation focus until they feel normal. repeatedly affirm until you go from a state of “ugh this doesn’t feel real yet” ➡️ “ok i’m bored of this i get it, duh, of course it’s already mine. this is already normal.”

🖊️ script out your dream life for a dedicated amount of time, even if it’s only 5 minutes. get SPECIFIC: details are everything! instead of just writing down “i want to be rich,” try getting deep into it! what would your life look like, how would you feel if you were rich? would you have a mansion? what would it look like? how is your relationship to money? the details matter!!

🌌 visualize a mini “scene” of you living in your desired reality. visualize every detail you can, use all your senses when possible! SEE IT, FEEL IT, BE (IN) IT!!

set a timer for 5–10 min, lock in, saturate.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ 🕰️ WHEN TO DO IT

i personally recommend doing a saturation session at least 3 times a day (what we’ll do in the 1 month challenge):

• 🌤️ morning -> set the tone

• ⛅️ afternoon -> mid-day realignment/lock-in

• 🌙 night -> drift off while your subconscious soaksss up your desired reality!

*** bonus if it’s done during the hypnagogic state (just when you wake up or as you’re falling asleep, that sleepy, theta-wave moment!!) so your subconscious is EXTRAAAA absorbent and ready to soak it all up with less resistance than being fully aware (where “logical,” conscious limiting beliefs may interfere, if you’re still working through any)

but if you can only do once or twice, that’s fine; consistency > perfection.

⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ 🎀 EXTRA TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

try keeping your affs / subs consistent for at least a month (if switching it up frequently or freestyling it feels too stressful!)

don’t overthink about “doing it right”: the point is to immerse yourself in the feeling of “it’s already done.”

if you feel resistance, take a breath and affirm through it when you feel stable enough and have the capacity. maybe even try EFT tapping (MY FAVEEE RN) or other nervous system regulation techniques!

When I woke up in my Hogwarts dr - diary entry storytimes published on wattpad

I woke up completely disoriented. I felt like I was being shaken around and yelled at, and my first thought was the worst, was there an earthquake? Or maybe someone was about to do something bad to me? But when I finally opened my eyes, I didn't see a murderer or some environmental catastrophe in front of me. Or maybe I did, because it was still something along those lines, but with long dark hair and wearing a Queen t-shirt. Who else could be making such a racket at... 6 in the morning? God, I hate you sometimes, Sirius.

✶ SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ;

#1 I'm always safe, even when I'm out by myself I never attract danger or any unwanted attention to myself

#2. my dr is safe enough for me to walk around freely without the fear of what could happen to me, at whatever time I'd like to go out, I can wear whatever I want to comfortably and an environment where women always have to be on guard, does not exist

#3. I can go to the bathroom without worrying about what happens to my drink cause spiking is completely non-existent, all drinks are completely safe to drink and the amount of alcohol in specific drinks cannot kill/harm me

#4. All clubs are safe, people only come with the intention to have fun and enjoy themselves, meaningless arguments and shootouts don't happen, bouncers are only needed to prevent minors from entering

#5. No one I meet there has any ulterior motives, I only interact with strangers that are there purely for the purpose of having a good time

#6. There aren't any people who speed or drunk drivers to be paranoid about, all the Ubers i go in are safe and are driven by women.

#7. I never get drunk to the point where I can't find my way home, can't drive, walk straight or talk coherently. I am very aware of my surroundings.

✶ ATMOSPHERE ;

#1. There is always a night to remember, I always have an amazing experience and there has never been a dull moment whenever I went out.

#2. I always end up meeting the coolest people, I'm surrounded by company that makes clubbing something to look forward to, me and my friends never get seperated.

#3. The air is full of energy that makes me feel alive, everything just looks 10x more beautiful at night and the streets are never crowded, or get overwhelming, everyone is here to have fun.

#4. The music played in clubs always matches my music taste and what I'm in the mood for, DJ's don't suck in my dr. They all know what I want to hear.

#5. People don't puke at parties or clubs, people don't pass out on the street or get blackout drunk, everyone is cautious and responsible, it only adds to the level of comfortability there.

✶ DEMEANOR ;

#1. I never puke or make a mess of myself. I'm not sloppy when I comes to the alcohol I take

#2. I always look flawless, my makeup doesn't smudge, my hair stays perfect and I never lose jewelry, I can dance freely knowing I'll look just as good as I walked in after.

#3. I am the best dressed in every club I'm in, I literally always look straight out of a cosmopolitan magazine, heads will turn when I walk in.

#4. My skin glows under every light like I was made to be seen, every lighting looks good on me.

#5. I dance so well, my movements are effortless and fluid, I don't look a hot mess when I'm having fun, heels are comfortable on my feet and I can always dance in them.

#6. Cameras love me. Every photo I take/taken of me comes out cunty, no red eyes, no awkward poses, just my perfect facecard

#7. I never spill drinks on my outfit, and no one ever spills drinks on me and strangers always compliment my fit.

#8. The vibe I bring to the function is always surreal, I draw people in naturally, people know when they approach me it's either ; respect first or walk away.

✶ WORLD RULES ;

#1. Alcohol actually tastes good. (Not that I know...). and is fun to drink, and has various yummy flavours.

#2. I only drink alcohol for the sake of enjoyment, I don't grow a dependency on it

#3. I never have to wait cues to get into any club, I'm automatically a VIP there.

#4. There aren't any shady clubs that look like suspicious money laundering fronts, they're all there for the sake of entertainment and fun.

#5. All clubs I go to are aesthetically pleasing, and match my vibe.

#6. I never feel yucky after a night out. Im always able to do my skincare on time, and i wake up with hydrated, dewy skin.

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 global warming, animal endangerment, over population , taxes , fees , insurance, homophobia, racism , corrupt governments , and more don't exist and don't need to.

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 many things are ethical like workplaces, schools, environments etc.

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 teenage and other pop culture develops accordingly

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 humanity is stronger and stable

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 all food Tastes way better and are made of good ingredients

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 social media trends and culture is progressive

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 the law, court, jailing and justice systems are actually good and effective.

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 pretty privilege doesn’t exist and it’s the norm to not care about others appearances

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 droughts , tornadoes and other natural disasters are never extremely deadly

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 animals/ plants are never endangered and no overpopulated / invasive species take over

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 all insurance is free along with medicare and treatments/medactions

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 over charging / scamming doesn’t exist

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 many medicine, treatments, equipment etc are way more effective

˚𓏲 ͝ ⏝ ͝𐂯 when women, children, etc. are denied their rights or exploited , dire government/ other consequences are inevitable
