yeah, or you could say multiple affirmations over and over again. it's really the choice of the person doing it and what you see results in.

hiii love! it means that instead of viewing your cr self and your dr self as different people, embrace your dr self as one. become your dr self in your cr, so that it's easier to shift to your dr!
you can implement it by dressing like your dr self, doing things that you'd do in your dr, etc! you don't have to go too far, just do whatever makes you most comfortable!

hiii, and thank you so much sunshine!!! for starters, yes, my view of life did change after i shifted! after my first shift, i felt a bit empty inside, but i think i handle it better now that I've experienced more drs for longer!
it honestly feels like how you felt after you realized santa wasn't real. like the "magic" went away almost.

What are some ways you can shift through hypnagogia? I reach the stage frequently but then hesitate on what to do so I just fall asleep lol
you can affirm you're in your dr and be there if you want to shift while awake, or affirm and then let yourself fall asleep and wake up there if you want to shift while asleep! if you're struggling with the process, you can count up or down to 100 and affirm you've shifted after you've finished counting.
hii rorie. i need some help! i have no problems manifesting ANYTHING, but when it comes to shifting i just can’t seem to manifest it. i’ve tried manifesting being a master shifter, as well as just being in my dr. idk why but i just can’t stick with it and it feels so out of reach for me..do you have any advice?
take shifting out your manifestation. think of shifting as something else, like an objective or agenda to achieve/follow. treat it as if it's something less dimensional and more abstract and itself (do i sound insane? i sound insane).
when you simplify shifting into one small, particular object in your current physical realm, you can maneuver it to your liking without feeling like it's sizing you up.
say things in essence, with essence. such as, "i've already shifted." even if you don't believe it or even feel any motivation at all, say it. say it no matter how big your doubt is. that's how you simplify it. you take your emotions out of it and affirm through the process.
idm if you dont have an answer 2 this, but how do you make it less awkward scripting your s/o? i just feel like i'm breaking some unwritten rule loll
you don't have to script for your s/o haha! you can always affirm in your head before you shift, or just go with the flow in general! you'll still see results when you shift either way!
if you do wanna actually physically script it though for whatever reason, you can lightly add whatever you feel is important and leave a mental note to yourself about the rest.
i don't have celebrity sps / sps that exist here, so i don't necessarily script anything about my love (i just shift and there buddy is) or feel awkward about that, so i hope my advice helps you!

hi, rorie! any tips on awake shifting? i’m so tired of asleep shifting cause i feel like i have no control. anyways, I’ve been trying the raven method but it’s so difficult for me to reach the hypnagogic state. i feel like i get sleepy only when i do really intend to sleep.
hi sweetheart! oh lord i don't think I'm equipped enough for this 💔💔💔 awake shifting makes shifting seem so much harder than it is i don't understand ittttt. i've shifted awake before obviously (multiple times), but i generally shift before bed/ when i'm tired because trying to shift awake is so hard for my adhd riddled brain sigh.
i think i'd say, try to distract yourself to keep yourself awake, but also like... don't overwhelm yourself? chile i'm struggling with you omg
