you already know that there are no limits to scripting whatever you want. When you are scripting for your DR, you simply decide what you want and write it down. You don't overthink it or question whether it will come true or not because you know that once you have shifted, that thing you scripted will happen/has happened. You have already made that assumption.
how is this any different from actually shifting to your DR? you just simply decide you're in your DR. That is it. No fuss. No extra thought to it. You just accept your DR as your new reality. it's like you have "scripted" that you're in your DR. and like scripting, there is no need to overthink it. you've already decided that outcome for yourself and accepted it as true.
If you are a shifter who scripts (which is basically everyone, even if you only script mentally), you have already conditioned yourself to believe that what you script will become your reality. This reality is no different from your DR in that sense. That's why so many people say shifting and manifesting are the same thing. Just as you can script for your DR, you can also script for your CR. So why not use that to your advantage? You can create the rules for your CR the same way you create them for your DR.
if it makes sense for you, make a separate script for your cr and treat it like your dr script. start scripting stuff like 'in this reality, i am a master shifter' 'i have the ability to shift to my drs'. you know the same way you would script 'i have the ability to execute dances well' for your kpop dr or 'i have a high pain tolerance' for your marvel one.

Anyway, "I've done all of this, did the 'spin in circles three times while chanting' method and it still did not happen". Then that's your fault. Because you 1. Can not stick to your decision, 2. Actively assumed against it, and 3. Allow it to 'fail'.
1 + 1 is 2 and you manifest instantly when you decide you do. I keep saying deciding when I'm referring to shifting your awareness aka thinking your thoughts. When you are thinking failure exists, then you can fail. When you think there can be lack, then you are speaking lack into existence. There is nothing I or any other loablr blog can do about it, it's entirely your making. You allow it to be there, you see it as a possibility for you, yet you are surprised when your 3d confirms just that. There is no 'foolproof' method when you already assume you are doomed by the narrative.
I need you to get the fact into your head that everything around you is already your creation. You are the one who created your bed, your phone, the 'rules' you're convinced you have to follow. All of it. Every method exists because you allow it to, every sign. Allowing the things you want instead is no different in any way
There are your thoughts and then comes the physical reality. If I get another dm or such complaining "I did all this but my life won't change" I might end up loosing it. How do you know about law of assumption and try to change the 3d through the 3d? And it's the same spiral every time: I tell you, your thoughts create and you ask me how to alter your physical reality. Please, just try to use common sense with the obvious information on hand. At that point, you don't even care to manifest
You already have it, it is already there, already done. And if you somehow 'don't', then that's entirely on you. Your fault as you are allowing it to be optional in your reality

Heyy I've seen a lot of success stories about manifestation and reality shifting, and many people say that shifting and manifestation are essentially the same thing. According to this idea, whenever we manifest something, we are actually shifting to a different reality. However, I've noticed two different types of success stories. The first type involves people claiming to shift to fictional realities, such as the world of Harry Potter or other imagined universes. The second type involves people manifesting changes within what seems to be their current life, such as waking up in their dream house, having a better lifestyle, or achieving their desired circumstances. My question is: if manifestation and shifting are the same thing, what is the difference between manifesting a better life and shifting to a fictional reality? If manifestation works by shifting us to a parallel reality, does that mean that when we manifest our dream life, we move to a parallel reality where there are alternate versions (or "clones") of ourselves and everyone we know, similar to what people describe when shifting to fictional realities? Or is something else happening? Instead of us shifting to another reality, do aspects of another reality somehow shift into our current reality when we manifest changes in our lives? How do these two ideas fit together if manifestation and shifting are supposed to be the same thing? If shifting and manifestation are the same but why do people who shift to fictional realities such as hogwarts claim to shift back from that reality to the orignal one? Whereas the people who manifest waiking up to there desires do not come back like I've seen a few success stories where people who shift to fictional realities come back to share their success story and few where the people who manifest waking up to their desires share it while being it the reality where they have their desires so technically they are in the same reality with same people the olny thing which changed is that they have their desires.. I'm asking this cause I don't want to shift to a hogwarts kinda fictional reality where I'll have to shift back to communicate with people in this reality rather i'd like to revise my entire life and sorta manifest waking up to my desires in this reality without shifting again n again. okayyy so imo there's no difference between 'fictional' and more 'regular' realities whatsoever, they're at equal 'distance' and they're just the same thing. I also think we're shifting all the time, like with every thought or decision, in a way?? but according to law of assumption, what you assume is true is the truth. you could totally shift to a reality where things just appeared out of nowhere and people noticed it, ykwim??? and also not everyone comes back from 'fictional' realities, that is permashifting. no one is forcing you to come back, your desires won't randomly go away. don't overthink it. you're the operant power, and you get to decide what you wanna do, how to call it etc. at the end of the day, shifting, manifesting, real and fictional are just random sounds and letters you assign meaning to. don't focus on that. wording and mechanics don't matter, your desires and decisions do

I'd recommend not focusing on the how, but you can choose on what you'd like. but I'd say focus on the fact that you have it right now and move on. good luck, baddie<333
Hello!!!!I just tried the list method and I have a question…so I basically scripted in my notes app(made a new folder just for this) and then added a note that said “list:everything I just wrote” …will it work???cause I used pics and stuff and I saw people on TikTok saying that I should make only one note(that being the list itself)and write all my desires like if they were affirmations

In this blog i'm going to do my best to explain the mechanism behind shifting that i mentioned in this blog, while also keeping it relatively simple and easy to understand (gonna avoid any complex terminology). Then i'm going to give you my two cents on how to implement this knowledge in your journey yay.
Your subconscious dictates your reality, meaning that whatever your subconscious expects and considers as true is what you are able to become aware of.
The collection of ‘truths’ (assumptions) that your subconscious holds create (subconscious) expectations, which are essentially what make you shift from reality to reality. The reason why it is correct to say that we shift all the time without being conscious of it, is because our subconscious holds plenty of expectations (about pretty much everything)that we don't know of (they're subconscious for a reason) .
So to make sure this is easy to understand:
Subconscious -> has expectations that we don’t necessarily know.
Expectations -> are what determines the realities that we become aware of.
Therefore, by not knowing which expectations we subconsciously hold, we don’t pay attention to these shifts, because we are not consciously intending them. It seems as if stuff just 'casually happens’.
Now, if you're reading this, you may or may not be the kind of person who tries to shift, wakes up, sees their cr, and (consciously) assumes that they cannot shift/ or that they are having trouble shifting. This happens because your subconscious expects you to wake up in your cr, despite trying to shift elsewhere.
Assuming that you can't shift and similar stuff on a conscious level once is not an issue per se, because as I said earlier, subconscious assumptions and expectations are the ones to dictate your reality.
However these subconscious expectations are built and maintained through patterns and repetition. Meaning that if everytime this scenarios happens, you go and repeat things like ''i can't shift' or ''shifting is hard for me'' you're only strenghtening the assumption that is preventing you from waking up in your dr in the first place.
It's also important to know that subconscious beliefs(or assumptions) and conscious ones are two separate things and that they can (and will) differ.
So if it ever happened to you to be very excited and convinced that you were going to shift to your desired reality on a specific day(or should i say night?), and you still woke up in your cr, you didn't do anything wrong during your method. Your subconscious simply didn't expect you to wake up in your desired reality.
Now luckily it's totally possible to change these expectations in your favor:
If you want to shift to your desired reality you must build subconscious assumptions and expectations that 'make you shift' in the same way: through patterns and repetition.
But how do you do that concretely?
From the way i see it, there’s two ways to go about it, and one of them is the most ‘promoted’ within the shifting community ( but funnily enough I think it’s the least efficient LOL).
The first way (the 'classic') you can shift knowing this is by directly creating the subconscious assumption that you already are in your dr. This usually looks like repeating affirmations like ‘’I am currently in my desired reality’’ back to back during an attempt, most of the time while you’re in an altered state of consciousness( theta state, ‘void’ state etc). If this sounds familiar it’s because that’s what most shifting methods are designed to do.
My ‘’issue’’ with this approach is that in order to shift you are supposed to "impress your subconscious on a time crunch" (during your method/attempt) and if that doesn’t happen, the already existing expectations will ‘prevail’. For example, up to this point your subconscious knew that you were in your cr and/or that you always wake up in your cr after an attempt. -> if a new assumption contradicting and erasing the previous one is not formed, you’re gonna keep on be aware of your previous reality ( in other words still be in your cr).
This leads us to the second (and imo better) way to go about things, which is, forming and engraving the assumption that you shift to your dr whenever you intend/attempt to. The reason I like this more is because it, so to say, kills all the birds with one stone.
Instead of trying to get your subconscious believe that you are in your dr every single time you want to shift there, you build up the subconscious belief/knowledge that whenever you intend to shift to a desired reality, you do. Whether it’s by falling asleep here and waking up there, or ‘meditating’ your way there etc. In a way, this technique is the shortest of cuts.
And unlike the previous one, it’s not ‘limited’ to the duration of your attempt.You can affirm this at any given moment, without it being weird (you could affirm that you’re in your dr outside of your attempt, but that could feel as if u were just lying to yourself LOL).
This is also what most ‘experienced shifters’ do without even necessarily knowing it:
-> As they shift to their drs more and more frequently, they start to affirm and believe (consciously and/or subconsciously) that shifting is easy for them (or if they’re used to using a specific method, they start to believe that they are able to shift using X method whenever they want).

once u realise this is just another reality, it loses its power. there is nothing tying you down here. it's not some special hellhole designed to keep you trapped, it's exactly like your drs.
your ability is the same, so if you scripted that you can shift back with just one word, you can manifest that same ease right now.
if you assume you're a victim, that's what your reality will show you. the 3D doesn't matter. it never did. you're living your dream life right now. just accept it.

hmmm I'd say think of what resonates with you, but a few ideas are: I'm enough, I'm loved, my mental health is getting better with every day, I am worthy etc. it's kinda hard to come up with affs that are good for you bc I don't know your specific situation fully. just think of what hurts you the most and turn it into an affirmation that'd help with that (if that makes any sense lmao??). also I recommend meditating (there are guided meditations for healing!) and working on your self concept around confidence, self love and stuff like that!
