As if Joanne couldn't get any shittier, she misgendered and insulted a woman who called for support, all because the woman had PCOS/PMOS and "didn't sound feminine enough."

Fuck her.

Anyone who has worked a female support hotline knows all too well that men call in to troll, jack off, and insult the women workers on the other end of the line.

It Could have been a real person with PCOS .

It Could have been a a man trolling .

It Could have been an alien pretending to be human!

But does that fact matter? NO

As a real person with PCOS that was sexually abused as a child, reading this is just sad. She could have said that it was totally fine for someone with PCOS to call for support but that the FAKE TROLLS will be banned on the spot. As it should be.

Ownership meant a physical copy. Now you own nothing and can't find what you want across multiple streaming platforms.

everybody has emotions and everyone handles them different; but here's some tips just to help

ANXIETY

-find a comfy spot to rest

-practice breathing, count your breaths

-drink some cold water

-look at pictures of things that make you feel happy or relaxed

-make a list of all the things you're grateful for

SADNESS

-listen to music

-eat your favourite snack

-cry! crying is 100% okay and lets you let go of those feelings

-hug someone you love

-talk to a friend or loved one about it

LONELINESS

-sometimes, even if we have friends and loved ones it's easy to feel alone, reach out to them!

-hug your stuffies or play with your toys

-call someone you haven't seen in a while

-although it might seem counterintuitive, looking at old pictures of you and your friends can help you reconnect to them!

-go somewhere you love to be

ANGER

-write it down! speaking angry words is not always the best choice, but nobody can get upset if you write it all to yourself

-take a walk or go outside, fresh air helps calm you down

-tell a friend about it. drama is never okay, but neither is bottling all of your emotions up

-write a list of all the things there is to be happy about, whether it's your favourite movie or what you're going to have for dinner tonight! Thinking of things that do make you happy helps release some of the negative feelings

Remember it is OKAY to feel your feelings. Embrace them, they make you, you! It's normal to get sad, or anxious, or nervous, or angry--don't fight it if you don't want to.
