Something I always found interesting about Eve is that unlike Michaela and Meta, she has basically given up any hope of escape from the toxicity she’s in and has learned to accept and embrace it. Michaela sneaks out of the forest constantly, she does things for humans behind her superiors back, she decides to stay human alongside her former lover. Meta kill her abuser, she ran away with her twins. Eve stayed with Adam until her death and even after it continued her toxic incestuous relationship with him through other men who looked like him even when she does gain back her control by killing Kasper and the rest of her town, she kills herself and goes back to seeking Adam for comfort. Eve is truly a pitiful character who unlike the other characters never truly got to escape her own personal cycle of abuse.
