I have a question about Amostia
How did you get the idea of Meta being a mother figure to Amostia? I’m very curious because it seems like an interesting concept (and also I love the irregulars and this means he gets to interact with Hänsel and Gretel)
i dont remember where i got it or why i got invested in this scenario, to be honest
maybe it's because they were both ghoul children whom i imagined to resent seth in their own ways, maybe it's because i found it'd be interesting if meta looked after a kid who was affected all his life by what she feared h&g would go through if they stayed at levianta (being used as tools, as a means to an end), maybe it's because i wanted a reason to make h&g interact with amostia since i thought they had life experiences in common (being used, dehumanized, experimented on by someone who did not care).
i still think meta is one of the few characters who'd be able to actually reach out and understand amostia in some significant level. it's hard for me to put my thoughts in words, i'd have to revise meta's lore to do some proper thinking and interpretation with my amostia hcs, but i mostly see meta as the no-nonsense, straightforward parent figure that amostia needs to start acknowledging and addressing his issues
kid needs some direction from someone who'd care about him as a person but is blunt and direct about stuff
