Because of a few reasons.

1. Iruma speaks human language(one of it) and the demons have their own language. If ever the language spell wears out or was removed, Iruma and the misfits can still communicate with him. [This is the most important reason]

2. They think its cool. Their own language? They can talk about anything and anyone without ever needing to worry(well, unless there's a Caim fam member nearby) [This is important reason #2, because theyre losers lmao]

3. Actually wait, what if they manage to create a language the bypass the Caim family magic for some reason??? That will make their language even cooler.

4. They want to see the confused and frustrated face of Flufflego-sensei of no being able to understand them. Though, eventually, Kalego, Balam, Shiida and Opera learns the language cause they are basically Misfits' dedicated teachers at this point. Robin, Orias, Bachiko, Mephisto and Sullivan also learn them at some point because of Leid and Iruma lmao. Ameri learns it as an honorary member and her connection to some of the misfits core leaders(?).

5. Its a secret language that also helps to identify one another. In a world where magic exists and disguises can be so good that its near impossible to recognise? The language helps them communicate.

Backstory wise, we can all agree that it was Uno who got absolutely nothing. But they make up for it by having him be The Smart Guy in the present day plot. He basically carried c13 through the butoukai. His bargaining was what even had hajime being them to building 5 when enki broke out.

I'd actually say Rock is the one who gets the most focus, behind Jyugo. His backstory is a lot more comprehensive, giving us multiple points along his life before canon, and how that affects his personality. He even gets a small arc centering him, with Lunch Death Match.

By process of elimination, this puts Nico as the one most neglected. I think he mostly only mains when he's needed for a miniboss fight or to just Stand There while a wacky condition runs rampant around him. his fight against Bio in the B6 arc was a v formative part of him, and Uno was also the one who did the strategizing there. It's a close race, but id def say nico was left behind the most.

I really wish we got more one-on-one character interactions, bc c13 really does make each other worse when they're together 😭😭

sometimes i feel like there's a tendency to make nico (and rock) nicer than they sometimes are. they can be pretty mean too

both of them have this sort of "division" symbol in association with an "eye" (sasaran's actual eye, and iguin's mask). i dont know if this particular sign/sigil has been revealed elsewhere, but i thought it was interesting. perhaps iguin's eye mask is more than just decoration. (also im just now realizing the eye mask uses a bunch of circles in the design. perhaps that is also a seal of some kind? i think its possible there could also be a circle that functions as a sigil rather than an actual circle. meaning their mask could be a contraption of sorts)

anyway no clue what this means, but i thought it was an interesting detail wait hold on i just thought of smth as i typed this out.

one of sasaran's eyes is most likely the one on his hat. perhaps that seal on his face moves the location of the object it touches, thereby allowing sasaran to see from his cloak puppet.

on top of that, iguin refers to themself as the "eye of the world" and "the lidless one". perhaps their own eye (and im thinking it might be just be One for clone theory reasons) isn't actually contained within their body? not only would that allow them to view "the world" far beyond their body, an eye plucked from a face is, by its very nature, lidless.
