Day 5 of #100daysofchallenges was all about noticing my mannerisms and what they mean. It was no shock that most of mine are tied to feelings of anxiety or nervousness. I’ve always been a two-sided coin on this topic. On the one hand, I’m extremely adventurous and impulsive but on the other hand, I’m very calculated and intentional. Day 2 of #100daysofchallenges and I spent 2 hours picking up trash around my neighborhood. I live in what I assumed was a relatively clean area of Portland where we preach recycling and composting and caring for our environment but after three blocks, I had completely filled the first bag I brought out. We think we’re careful but we need to do more.
