My little daughter Farah suffers from kidney failure and severe autism.

She now spends most of her days in hospitals, attached to IV fluids and medications, crying over and over again from pain and exhaustion. Her tiny body can no longer handle this suffering.

Farah urgently needs potassium medication to stay alive, but we are no longer able to afford the cost of her treatment.Every day I watch her fade in front of my eyes, helpless and terrified of losing her.

Tonight, the explosion in Gaza didn’t just shake the ground… it shook our hearts.

My family and our tent were damaged in the bombing, and for a moment, it felt like the world stopped breathing.

Imagine trying to comfort your family while hearing explosions around you.

Imagine watching the only shelter you have tremble in fear with you inside it.

We are tired.

It has been 5 days without a single donation !!! So many people share our posts, but when it comes to helping, nobody responds while my legs condition is getting worse because we cannot afford it's medicine and now I'm terrified of losing it because we have no money for her treatment. Imagine if it was your leg, watching me suffer every single day, watching it fight between life and death while you stand helpless, unable to ease my pain. What would you do?💔

For 3 days… not a single donation has come. I keep begging, posting, asking… and no one is responding.

My leg must go into surgery within the next 7 days. If we don’t raise the money in time

This may be the last time I write with this much pain, so please don’t ignore us as if we don’t exist.

I’m writing while watching my wife grow weaker day after day, unable to ease her pain or afford the urgent treatment she desperately needs.

The fear never leaves me I’m terrified of losing her at any moment while standing here helpless.

The doctor told us we urgently need around $700 to continue her treatment, and if we cannot raise this amount, her treatment will stop.

All I want now is to save her life before it’s too late.

The cost of treatment and medication is beyond what we can manage, and her condition is getting worse every day.
